Whether you’re ready or not, the holiday season is VERY quickly approaching.

This means that many of you will be traveling soon, and may or may not be in the throes of booking those last-minute flights. While this situation has been nightmare fuel in years past, this year’s holiday flight booking situation is looking better than expected. Plus, you might even save some money. Let’s talk about it!
According to Entrepreneur, many airlines are dropping ticket prices as they rush to fill seats before the year’s end.Â
Take advantage of these low prices!
Empty seats are up nearly 8% since this time last year, resulting in flight prices that are about 13% lower compared to this time last year.
Flight prices are way down
For example, Southwest is offering flight deals for as low as $29Â to select locations, Entrepreneur reports.

This news isn’t all that surprising, as we’re nearing the 1-year mark of Southwest’s mass flight cancellation that happened during the 2022 holidays. THOUSANDS of people were stranded in airports and without solutions. Perhaps people are fearful that this could happen again and that’s why booking is so low?
