Folks across California are currently preparing for power outages and securing their belongings as Santa Ana winds rage across the state.
Even Disneyland has been affected by the gusts, and an incident caused by the winds has left three people injured and one person hospitalized. Here’s what we know:
Chip Yost with KTLA reported on X (formerly Twitter) reported on November 20th that a lamppost fell over in Disneyland’s Hub area.

Unfortunately, three people were injured after being struck by the falling post. One person was unfortunately taken to the hospital due to their injuries.
Afterwards, Disneyland employees and maintenance teams could be seen digging around the posts to better secure them in the winds.
Our thoughts are with those who were injured today. If you’ll be visiting Disneyland this week, be safe.
