Becoming a Disney World Annual Passholder is an expensive commitment, but it’s a little more bearable for Florida residents.
Florida residents have multiple options for Annual Passes, whereas out-of-state visitors can only purchase the most expensive tier. Florida residents also have the choice to either pay in full at time of purchase or to do a payment plan. But if you’re a Passholder on the payment plan, you may have noticed a problem this month!
Due to issues with a third-party vendor, there was a delay in processing Annual Passholder payments in the month of November, specifically for those whose payments were due the 18th-27th. This means that your payment may not have been charged to your account like usual.
However, there’s some good news. Disney shared a statement saying that the issue is now resolved, and the payments will resume soon. They will be charging the payment cards that were supposed to have payments during the affected dates, but the charge could take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
This problem will not affect anyone who paid their annual pass in full, and after this month, scheduled payments will resume on their typical dates.Â
