This is a very big day, Pascal!
December 4th marks the official opening of Disney Springs’ newest restaurant — EET by Maneet Chauhan. The restaurant was created by James Beard Award-winning chef and Food Network star Maneet Chauhan as well as her hospitality entrepreneur husband — Vivek Deora. We’ve already gotten a glimpse of some of the delicious things we can expect to order here; and now, we’re taking you along with us for a FIRST LOOK and a FIRST EAT! Let’s go!
As we headed into the restaurant, the crowds were showing up and showing out for the opening day. While we’d already seen the outdoor space, the crowds really do make it seem to come to life a bit more. We were getting excited! 🤩

Before you walk in, you’ll get to take a look at the menu. The restaurant has food options ranging from salads, to pizzas, to that HIGHLY ANTICIPATED poutine.Â
Once you’re inside, you’ll head to the service counter, where you’ll find another menu (This time featuring some rotating seasonal offerings, too!) and some Cast Members ready to help ya.
After you place your order, you’ll be given a tracker with a number so that your food can find you when it’s ready.
In the meantime, you can check out the available merch!
Now, let’s choose some seating! The restaurant has your classic tables and chairs as well as some tables with booths.
What we like about the space is that it has lots of bright light and relatively spacious seating.
We sat at one of the regular tables when we visited, and we had plenty of room for all of our grub.
We ordered the EET Bread Service with Pimento Whipped Paneer, D.I.Y. Pani Puri, Spicy Green Chili Naan, Tandoori Chicken Poutine, and the Gulab Jamun Cheesecake.
eet by Maneet Chauhan is the MOVE for lunch! We got:
