Disney has just announced the dates and confirmations for EIGHT big events in Disneyland! There’s so much coming to the resort like the returning Pixar Fest and other limited time festivals. Let’s take a look at what’s on the docket!

This is the first time that Disneyland is releasing ALL of the dates for their events and festivals at once for the upcoming year! Disney shared that you can experience “multiple unique celebrations and limited offerings” for more than 300 days during the new year.

First, Pixar Fest (which we haven’t seen since 2022!) is returning from April 26th through August 4th! You’ll be able to experience colorful decorations, themed menu offerings, and commemorative souvenirs. There will be a Pixar twist all throughout the theme parks, hotels, and Downtown Disney.

There will be a new daytime parade, “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!” in Disney California Adventure, and the nighttime show “Together Forever– A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular” will return to Disneyland park with some new scenes!

While Pixar Fest will be the big event in 2024 (along with the opening of the re-imagined Pixar Place Hotel on January 30th), other events will be going on throughout the year. From January 23rd through February 18th, you can take part in the tribute to Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean traditions during Lunar New Year at Disney California Adventure! There will be food, decor, and “Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession” led by Mushu to celebrate.

From February 17th through the 24th, Celebrate Gospel concerts will be going on at Disneyland! You can catch musicians like Marvin Sapp putting on an annual tribute to Gospel music!

And don’t miss out on Anaheim Ducks Days in California Adventure on February 22nd and 23rd! It’s the Ducks’ 30th anniversary and they are going to live it up for a two-day event in Hollywood Land. (And they usually bring in some interesting treats LOL!)

Of course, we’re excited for the annual California Adventure Food and Wine Festival! You can eat and drink throughout the park from March 1st through April 22nd. And for a limited time during the festival you can ride Soarin’ Over California again!

Other events include:

Season of the Force at Disneyland Park, a two month Star Wars celebration including the return of Hyperspace Mountain! There will be specialty food and drinks and the debut of Star Tours– The Adventures Continue as well as a galactic take on the Disneyland fireworks (April 5th through June 2nd)

Halloween time at the Disneyland Resort will bring back the Oogie Boogie Bash from August 23rd through October 31st! And from August 23rd through November 2nd, you can enjoy Plaza de la Familia at California Adventure. This celebration honors Mexican traditions of Dia de los Muertos and will feature experiences from Coco.

Beginning on November 15th, you can enjoy the holidays at Disneyland! This will bring back the Disney Festival of the Holidays at California Adventure and festival overalays at several attractions.

But that’s not all! Disneyland After Dark will be coming to the park on select nights from January through June! There will be “unique entertainment, rare character encounters and distinctive menus of sweet treats and savory snacks.” More details to come!

And we can’t leave out that “Fantasmic” returns on May 24th! Be ready to watch Mickey fight the villains again, soon!
