It’s a GREAT week to be a fan of Disney food!

Why, you ask? Well, not only did we try a ton of new holiday treats, but a new restaurant, EET by Maneet Chauhan, has also officially opened in Disney Springs! And, the good news just keeps on coming because we’ve got a FULL LOOK at the menu for another restaurant opening in Disney World soon — let’s check it out!

The full menu with prices is up for Summer House on the Lake coming to Disney Springs! While we still don’t have an official opening date, we’ve been seeing the finishing touches put on the new space and even caught a glimpse at a private training event. But, that opening can’t be too far away as we’ve officially got our first look at the full menu! Summer House will serve brunch along with lunch and dinner — so let’s see what we can start salivating over!

Brunch

Who doesn’t love a good Disney World brunch?! We can’t wait to check this out! Every Saturday and Sunday, from 9AM until 3PM, you’ll be able to enjoy an exclusive brunch menu that encapsulates these flavors in some of your favorite eats. There are starters like jalapeño corn bread and something called cheesy dream puffs?!

Plus, who doesn’t love a menu with an entire section devoted solely to guacamole?!

You’ll find plenty of breakfast burritos and other Cali-Mex inspired eats…

…and more traditional egg breakfasts, too.

Of course, there will be pancakes and waffles…

…but if you’re feeling green, you can grab a salad!

If you’re looking for some veggies, look no further…

…and why not grab a crispy chicken sandwich or prime cheeseburger?

You’ll also find some more traditional summer comfort dishes like fried chicken and grilled salmon…

…and the kiddos will have quite a lot of dishes to choose from! This might be one of the biggest kids menus in all of Disney World.

Not to mention all these sides!

As far as alcohol goes, there are some spritzes…

…specialty cocktails…

…zero proof cocktails and wine…

…more wine…

…and a good selection of beer — including nonalcoholic!

Don’t worry — there’s plenty more for lunch and dinner too! You’ll find the same starters…

…guacamole and veggies available during brunch…

…but with the addition of a raw & chilled section! Snag ahi tuna tostadas, hamachi sashimi, and classic shrimp cocktail!

You’ll be able to grab those yummy-sounding salads too…

…along with the same sandwiches.

But wait — what’s this?! A taco menu? Say no more.

You’ll also be able to order pizza and pasta during lunch and dinner.

The skirt steak frites, filet mignon, and corn-husk salmon sound delicious!

The kiddos have the same choice of entrees and sides for lunch and dinner, and the drink list is the same as well!
