Marvel Announced a NEW Series Is Coming to Disney+!

Okay, where are our Marvel fans at?

So, if you’re like us, you cannot get enough of those Marvel series, and you’re kinda desperate for a new one now that season 2 of Loki is over (which BLEW our minds). Sure, we’ve got the new Echo series to look forward to, as well as season 2 of What If…? But there will be ANOTHER new Marvel series coming up soon — and we are READY!

If you love all things Black Panther and are obsessed with Wakanda, you’re going to want to pay attention. That’s because Disney just announced a brand new Wakanda-based series called Eyes of Wakanda. Yes, we’re getting more Wakanda!

Wakanda Forever

Eyes of Wakanda will be a new animated series with this synopsis: “Throughout Wakandan history, brave warriors have been tasked to travel the world retrieving dangerous vibranium artifacts. This is their story.” So it seems like we’ll get to learn more about Wakanda’s history, as well as perhaps even get more Dora Milaje — YES! We need more stories about the Dora Milaje!

So this is pretty exciting news. Now, we don’t know WHEN the series will debut, but it’s one of many animated offerings Disney has recently announced. We also have the X-Men ’97 and Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man animated series to look forward to, as well as season 2 of What If…?, which will premiere on Disney+ on December 22nd, with a new episode being released every day for nine days.
