So Buc-ee’s is a BIG DEAL (at least in the Southern U.S.), and it’s become a BIG deal in Florida.
Buc-ee’s is like the Disney World of gas stations/convenience stores, and yes, it even has a cartoon beaver mascot that can be found on LOADS of merchandise. What really sets it apart, though, is that the food is actually pretty good (and fresh), it has walls of snacks and drinks, and there are AMAZING bathrooms inside. Buc-ee’s is bringing its biggest location yet to Florida, but it’s also bringing an UPDATE to its existing Daytona Beach location.
According to Fox35, Buc-ee’s is building what will be Florida’s largest car wash in Daytona Beach. Soon, you’ll be able to get your car all cleaned up at the same Buc-ee’s where you can fill up on gas and grab travel snacks — now THAT’S what we call convenient.
The car wash will be 235 feet long, meaning that a lot of cars will be able to get washed quickly. The location will also be convenient: at the Daytona Beach Buc-ee’s, off Interstate 95 and LPGA Boulevard. Buc-ee’s already has construction permits for this expansion, as well as “vacuum canopies, pay station canopies, and electrical.” So, yep, this is really happening.
The car wash will be open from 7AM to 10PM every day and drivers can choose from a “regular” wash or a “works” wash — those who get the “works” wash will also get 20 cents off per gallon when they get gas there, too. You can expect to see the car wash open sometime in summer 2024.
We’ll keep an eye out for an opening date and let you know! So stay tuned to DFB for more.

There already is a buccees now at lpga off 95 ..wondering if it’s expanding to add a car wash or wrong info on new location? I’m hoping for one closer to home . Love this place , it is definitely one of the happiest places on earth with great rest rooms perfect when traveling but then there’s no more buccees after Texas or north of south Carolina or in middle or west it’s sad . Please build more , we need them all over the place then we’d all save on gas eat good stuff and so many see happy faces . And sometimrs the real buccee is there to selfie with you . We need more of these awesome magical wonderland positive energy gas stations. I honestly was stunned first time we stopped at one at the rows of pumps and in the middle of nowhere early filled with people inside shopping getting food resting or … but we were nowhere so where do they come from just to go to a gas station? Not that many on the road so I think it’s like field of dreams .. they just fill up the empty places especially if it’s got great energy and low cost fuel with jerky n brisket on rolls being made all day … plus they pay amazingly well and over 6 figures for management . I really think every city town n village needs a buccees ❤️ but what’s the story really with the new one ?

With a car wash that size. I wonder if it will be able to handle duly pick up trucks and r v trailers.

You got me all excited with the email headline saying another Buck-ees is coming to Florida, only to see it’s just an expansion to an existing one. Still hoping for an Orlando area one to open up some day.

I heard so much about Buc-ee’s the past year and finally had the opportunity to stop at the Daytona and St. Augustine facilities. All I can say is WOW! What a great place for Food, Gas, and other items one might need while traveling. I hope they open up north and south of Tampa one day in the future. The west coast of Florida could use several Buc-ee’s.
