Words can’t express how excited we are to experience Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in 2024.
This new ride will be in both Disney World’s Magic Kingdom and Disneyland, but Disneyland also has Tiana’s Palace, the new quick-service restaurant that opened up earlier this year. This begs the question — will Disney World be getting a Tiana-inspired restaurant, as well?
We want to be clear and state right off the bat that Disney has not announced any new Tiana-themed restaurant to be coming to Disney World, but there’s no harm in speculating, right?
Tiana’s Palace opened in Disneyland in September 2023, and it’s been a big hit with park goers. Both fans of the film and casual fans of Disney itself enjoy the restaurant and what it offers.
Its popularity in one park is one of the big reasons we think it could also do very well in Disney World. Plus, Disney has already talked about confirmed expansion plans for Magic Kingdom. While a Tiana-themed restaurant isn’t in those plans right now, it does mean that there IS room for growth in the park for a future restaurant.
So where does that leave us? We know that there’s the room and the demand for a Tiana restaurant in Magic Kingdom, but we’ll have to wait and see if Disney announces one. In the meantime, we’re keeping up with all the latest Tiana’s Bayou Adventure news in the park, so stay tuned to DFB!

I’m probably in the minority here, but I don’t want a Tiana restaurant at Disney World. I don’t like Cajun cuisine. Tried it once when visiting New Orleans, and it was terrible. I’m not a lover of spicy foods, gumbo or okra. I also feel that so many WDW restaurants are changing their menus to include spicier foods that the time will come when I will not be able to eat any where on property. A month or so ago, we ate at the new Woody’s Backyard BBQ. The theming was excellent! However, the only thing we liked were the salads. The BBQ sauce was very spicy – our mouths were burning! Even the vegetables were spicy, as well as the mac and cheese. We won’t eat there again.

I agree. Disney seems so focused on appealing to “foodies” that they’re leaving a lot of us behind. As good as Disney’s chicken tenders are, nobody wants to eat them at every meal.
