A brand-new, billion-dollar resort is opening soon near Disney World.
There is a lifelong debate when planning a trip to Disney World whether you stay on property, at a Disney World Resort hotel, or off property. But with a new family-focused, beach-front (yep, in the middle of Orlando!), billion-dollar resort opening, the choice becomes even harder! And for a billion dollars to build it, we would hope to find some pretty sweet accommodations there. Let’s take a look at what’s coming to the Evermore Resort!
The Evermore Resort has begun taking reservations for its opening date, January 1st, 2024, and later. It’s a massive resort “with 2,013 bedrooms throughout 69 houses ranging in size from five to eleven bedrooms; 206 four-bedroom flats; and 41 two- and four-bedroom villas,” according to a recent announcement. And it features its very own private beach, in the middle of Orlando.
If you would like to stay in a more traditional hotel room, the Conrad Orlando is also available with 433 rooms, including suites and family suites. The Conrad Orlando is also booking rooms for their opening date of January 9th, 2024, and beyond.
But other than the rooms, what else will you be able to experience at this resort?
Well, for starters, the whole resort circles an 8-acre, crystal-clear lagoon, which furnishes its beaches to the resort. You can rent paddleboards and kayaks to explore the lake, hang out in a hammock for some quiet, relaxing time, or swing off a rope into the 12-foot-deep Blue Hole. There are TONS of water activities and rentals for you at the beachside resort.
You can also enjoy lawn games, live music, Bayside Bashes, Bayside Blockbusters, and private fires. Enjoy your creative side with sand art, DIY lightsabers, gardening, natural creative classes, and so much more!
There are activities for adults and for kids of all ages. Learn how to be a Jedi, encounter cool animals, and build a fort. Hang out at the bar or participate in one of their many group exercise classes. We could go on and on about all the different activities coming to the resort, but we know this post has to end eventually!
If you’re a golfer, they will have “visually captivating Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses.” Bars, restaurants, and the Evermore Bay will all be accessible during your stay. There’s an endless amount of fun to be had at this new resort (who even needs Disney World?!).
But if you do decide to venture to the House of Mouse, you’re only a quick 15-minute drive to the Transportation and Ticket Center to catch the Monorail to Magic Kingdom or EPCOT.
Honestly, this resort looks and sounds AMAZING. It is geared toward families and larger groups, giving them a luxurious and comfortable stay while they are visiting the area. We can’t wait to experience it. It is currently booking reservations for 2024, so head over to their website to check it out!

Most likely not. Just another company trying to get money from tourists that have never had the joy and fun of going to WDW.

I am curious – how do they keep the alligators out of the water as well as off of the lawn area?
