Okay, we get it — we know that Disney World is always updating and changing restaurant menus.
BaseLine Tap House
Sometimes, that means we can discover our NEW favorite foods, but it also means some of our favorite foods disappear, presumably gone forever. Yes, we get sad about it, and now Disney has gone and done it again because ANOTHER fave snack of ours is gone (give us a minute — we need to shed a tear in its honor).
So we noticed something had changed on the menu at BaseLine Tap House in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Now, this is one of our favorite places to grab a bite to eat and drink in that park. One of the things we LOVE there is the Coffee Rubbed Rib-Eye Beef Puff. It was a light and fluffy pastry puff filled with thin slices of meat and cheese sauce, and WE LOVED IT. It even came served with a side of olives.

Well, after checking Disney World’s menus this week, we noticed that the Coffee Rubbed Rib-Eye Beef Puff was NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. Say what? This must be a joke, right, Disney? RIGHT, DISNEY?

So we decided to check out the situation and headed to Hollywood Studios to see what’s up. We spoke with a Cast Member who confirmed that the Beef Puff is no longer on the menu. However, there were no details about whether it will return or be replaced with something else, so that’s all we know for now.
It will be missed!
But hey, at least the Bavarian Pretzel and California Cheese and Charcuterie Plate are both still available. PHEW!

But y’all, we’re going to miss that Beef Puff. But, hey, you never know; it may come back again. That happens sometimes. 👀

We were at the Tap House (one of our favorite stops!) during the Christmas week and we were horrified that it was NOT one the menu! It is one of our favorite snacks…please bring it back Disney!
Also, FYI the loaded chips at the Meadows pool at Fort Wilderness have also disappeared!! I am not sure my family will ever recover from this!!!
We talked to a CM and they said their oven was broken…and it’s a VERY expensive fix…so he didn’t see it coming back anytime soon. Heartbroken! It’s my go to HS QS meal! 😭
