It’s my FAVORITE day of the entire year. Yes, it’s the first day of the 2024 Flower and Garden Festival!
Yes, we’re enjoying all the springtime vibes as we walk around an EPCOT that’s CRAWLING with florals, springtime eats, and of course — SOUVENIRS. What? You think our shopping addiction is pushed aside for an EPCOT festival? Nah, as much as we love all the food, we love the merchandise just as much! The Creations Shop was already packed with folks at park open. There was a wait outside of about 45 minutes to get into the shop. Cast Members were directing foot traffic with megaphones. There was one thing in particular that we (and probably a lot of other folks) had jumped in line for.
It’s the exclusive Flower and Garden Festival Lug bag! Lug bags debuted at Disney World earlier this year, and it’s safe to say that Disney Adults have been OB.SESSED. with them. Like, they’re just the perfect size for your phone, cards, lip products, and other necessities. Anyway, anyway. The exclusive Flower and Garden Festival Lug bag features none other than ORANGE BIRD!
It’s $60 and features a quilted texture on the outside, and the front pocket looks like Orange Bird’s face.
For the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival, @LugLife is BACK with the Orange Bird bag! 🍊Something tells us this one won’t last long on the shelves! 👀 pic.twitter.com/TwkMVyEDOT

There’s a limit of two Orange Bird Lug bags per person, and even then, these are going QUICKLY. Cast Members have been hard at work to restock these.
Cast members are working to restock as fast as they can this morning! pic.twitter.com/Zrw1n9yG4l

Those aren’t even the MOST exclusive Lug bags, though. There are two more that are available, but they are Annual Passholder exclusive.
This year, there are also Annual Passholder-EXCLUSIVE @LugLife bags featuring Spike the Bee! 🐝 pic.twitter.com/r4CstcMLBn

The first one is a Spike the Bee hobo bag that converts to a backpack. It’s $135.
Next up, we have a Spike the Bee clutch/lunchbox for $125.
Both of the Annual Passholder bags have a limit of one item per person.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated with more Disney news, especially as we work our way around the first day of the Flower and Garden Festival. Make sure to follow along so that you’re always in the loop and never miss a thing.

It’s so frustrating when you attend the festival, but towards the end (May 4-6) and can’t get merch. I ran into this with Festival of the Holidays and I was there Dec 2nd!
I’m an out of state AP and go approx. 6x per year and run into this all the time. I wish they would give APs opportunities online.
