It’s Food & Wine Festival time, West Coast style! The 2024 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is now open through April 22nd!
Here at DFB, we’re experts on Disney food, and that includes the many food festivals that happen throughout the year at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World. We JUST spent the day at the 2024 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, and now we’re kicking off the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. Follow along with us!
Atmosphere
We kicked the festival off during its soft opening on February 29th, but the festival passport became available on March 1st.
If you’re planning on checking out a lot of eats during the festival, you might want to consider purchasing the Sip & Savor Pass. The pass itself is digital, and you can purchase them at one of the following locations:
- Sip and Savor Cart
- Elias & Co.
- Julius Katz & Sons
- Rushin’ River Outfitters
- Seaside Souvenirs
- Festival Merchandise
And now, it’s time for the REAL REASON we’re here — let’s check out THE FOOD!
Food Booths
This year’s Festival features 11 food booths serving up California-style eats and drinks!
California Craft Brews
This year California Craft Brews is serving up all-new items including a Cheeseburger Bao, a S’mores Caramel Tart, and a Frozen Mangonada Beer Slush and ALL THE BEERS. Seriously. If you like beer, this is YOUR booth.
We picked up the new eats as well as three different flights of beers. We’ve got quite the spread out here today!
Make sure to check out our review to see which drinks were our favorites.
D-Lish
You’ll find a couple new items at this booth this year including an Olive Oil Cake and the boozy Huckleberry Citrus Cooler!
We ordered the Carbonara Garlic Mac & Cheese featuring Nueske’s Peppered Bacon, the Olive Oil Cake, and the Huckleberry-Citrus Cooler. This looks like quite the spread! We can’t wait to dig in.
Both the drink and cake are new this year, but the mac and cheese is a returning favorite!

Garlic Kissed
This year’s menu is all returning items, but if you’re a garlic lover be sure to stop by and enjoy a Grilled Top Sirloin with roasted garlic-gruyère smashed potatoes and black garlic chimichurri. Just bring the breath mints, OK?
She’s not the prettiest thing, but steak and smashed potatoes with garlic? COUNT US IN.
This is a returning item for 2024, and it’s definitely a popular one!

Nuts About Cheese
If you’re…nuts about cheese this is your time to shine. Mac and cheese, a Snickers macaron, and even a PB&J whiskey shake are ready to tempt your taste buds this year.
We grabbed all three items from the booth, including the returning Mickey-shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces. The brand-new Big Bad BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese is topped with crispy dill pickle onions, while the other new item, the PB&J Whiskey Shake, is garnished with a raspberry.
Entree, dessert, and a drink? This feels like a full meal right here!

Uncork California
As the name suggests, this is where you can go to enjoy wines in flights and by the glass. There IS an almond cake on the menu, but the rest is all wine.
We did grab that Raspberry Almond cake, but we also tried the Springtime Bouquet Mimosa Flight (who doesn’t love mimosas?), which includes a Chrysanthemum Mimosa, a Hibiscus-Rose Mimosa, and an Apricot-Lavender Mimosa. INTERESTING flavors, right? Of course, we also had to try the Rosé Margarita.
That mimosa flight is SO interesting, right?

Paradise Garden Grill
Some of California Adventure’s regular dining spots also get in on the festivals. You’ll find some special festival foods here, like Sisig Burrito, Chicken Musakhan, a Loaded Baked Potato, and a Pistachio Cheesecake for dessert. Other options include Tacos Gobernador and a Cheese Quesadilla. There’s even a new drink, the Pineapple-Melon Cocktail.
We grabbed the Sissig Burrito, the Chicken Musakhan, the Loaded Baked Potato, and the Pistachio Cheesecake, and washed it all down with the Pineapple-Melon Cocktail.
Whew — that’s a lot of food. We have ZERO regrets, though.

Golden Dreams
This booth is the stuff dreams are made of like coffee, unique cocktails, and other creative beverages, as well as sweet frozen treats.
We decided to order up some of those unique drinks, including the Fig Matcha Latte, the Blueberry Pancake Cold Brew, and the Peach Cobbler Cocktail. YUM!
Yep, these drinks are heavily inspired by food, and even breakfast!

Peppers Cali-Ente
The booth title says it all – things are about to get SPICY! This booth brings the heat with two food dishes and a drink.
We picked up the Shrimp Papas Locas which has a jalapeño cheese sauce PLUS chipotle shrimp, along with some cheddar-bacon potatoes. We also had to get the Chile Relleno Empanada. The drink here is the Cantarito-Style Paloma.
Like we sad, this booth is BRINGING the heat.

Earth Eats
This food booth is all about plant-based dishes and features some Impossible foods.
We grabbed the IMPOSSIBLE Chicken Parm Bites and the IMPOSSIBLE Beef Stroganoff and washed it all down with a refreshing Watermelon Cucumber Mojito.
Yes, plant-based food is both fun and delicious!

Cluck-a-Doodle Moo
Okay, of all the food booths at the festival, this one has the MOST FUN NAME. You’ll find wings and sliders here, and there are some new Cheese Pizza-flavored Wings that are joining the returning BBQ Beef Brisket Slider.
Yes, we HAD to get the Cheese Pizza-flavored Wings because, hello, cheese and pizza?!?! We also picked up the returning BBQ Beef Brisket Slider. That made us parched, so we also grabbed the non-alcoholic Kiwi-Apple Lemonade and the Tangerine Tiki Cocktail.
Doesn’t that look DELISH?
