Hi there, Spring! It’s good to see you!
One of the things that comes with Spring is change, specifically Daylight Savings Time. You know, that whole spring-forward or fall-back time change that happens twice a year. We sprang forward early on the morning of March 10th this year! And with that time change came a fireworks change in Magic Kingdon. Let’s talk about it!
Happily Ever After now begins at a different time. Previously, the show started right at 8PM. But the show now begins at 8:30PM (a change that started on March 10th).
Don’t let this change catch you off guard! You know how important this is since the fireworks viewing in and around Cinderella Castle fills up quickly.
You can check the showtimes right on the My Disney Experience app or on the Disney World website.
While we’re talking about change, here’s another. Over in Animal Kingdom, Kilimanjaro Safaris will be closing at 6:45PM. That gives you an extra hour each day to try and enjoy the ride.
As always, you’re going to want to keep an eye on the My Disney Experience app when planning your trip to Disney World.
Until then, we’ll be on the lookout for more changes that could be impacted by Daylight Saving Time, so stay tuned to DFB for the latest news and updates from Disney World and more!
