Sure, we love Orlando, but there’s one thing missing. The BEACH. This is Florida, after all — we love a little sun, sand, and saltwater. There’s a reason Disney’s Beach Club Resort is so popular (it’s got all three!). Well, there’s a BRAND-NEWÂ resort in Orlando, and it’s just a short ride away from Disney World! But wanna hear one of our favorite parts?
Evermore Resort
This new vacation destination, Evermore Resort, has a 16-million-gallon pool, or “lagoon,” surrounded by 20 acres of beaches. A BEACH in Orlando? Say WHAT?! The Evermore Orlando Resort is a billion-dollar project, and it’s got a TON of unique features. This resort is brand-new, but it’s already considering an EXPANSION.
We recently got the chance to check out the new “luxury beach destination” Evermore Orlando Resort. The resort opened in January with luxury accommodations ranging from 5-bedroom locations to 11-bedroom vacation rental homes.

You can book a vacation rental home NOW, but Evermore promised MORE homes will be available to book this summer. The homes range from $1,379–$3,880 per night.

The rooms are BIG!
Evermore has big plans to expand. In fact, President Chris Kelsey of Dart Interests, the property owner, told Orlando Business Journal, “The big question is not whether there is sufficient demand to fill up our first phase of homes, or even the second. It’s how many should we build in the long run as we have the land and the capital to build hundreds more.” In fact, Evermore reportedly has another 200 acres of land for more homes or amenities. At this time, Evermore has not shared any concrete plans for expansion, but we’ll keep our eyes out for updates.

Evermore has developed 500 acres of the property (formerly Grand Cypress Resort) with room to grow. All of the condo-style homes, lagoon, and restaurant are NEW, and the Grand Cypress villas have been renovated and updated, too, per Orlando Business Journal. We can’t wait to see how this MEGA resort will grow!
