Dining in Disney World is one of our favorite things — that’s why we’re Disney Food Blog!
However, dining anywhere in Disney World isn’t cheap — especially if you’re eating a full meal instead of just snacking throughout the day. We love telling you about any and all of the dining deals we find throughout the resort, and this is how you can spend $20 to feed TWO people!
One of our team members was recently in Disney Springs and decided to head to The Polite Pig for a meal. This is one of the most popular restaurants in the shopping district, and for good reason! We really enjoy the different menu offerings here, and while it’s not wildly expensive, it can put a dent in your wallet.
However, if you use our new favorite tip, you can feed two people for under $20. At The Polite Pig, you can choose to just buy 3 sides for $17, and in our experience, it was PLENTY of food for two people.
Our reporter decided to get the Tomato and Watermelon Salad, Crispy Brussels Sprouts, and a seasonal side — Potatoes Au Gratin. Seriously, we’re not kidding — it was tons of food for two adults and was a big bargain!
The Polite Pig has a huge list of sides that you can choose from for this “meal,” so you’re certain to find something everyone will enjoy.
We suggest mixing up the dishes to get a salad of some kind, veggie, and then a starch — you’ll have a meal that is flavorful and filling! So the next time you’re in Disney Springs and you’re looking to eat a full meal on a budget, head over here!
Menus at multiple Disney restaurants just CHANGED!

Pro tip – When it comes to Disney, “just” snacking throughout the day can end up costing waaaaay more than a couple of meals.

I to was turned away because I didn’t look at the block out dates. I have a pixie annual pass. It was my fault for not looking but when the guy smiled and said I couldn’t come in, I told him I only wanted to go to pin traders and then come right back out which is what I usually do. He still wouldn’t let me go in, so I said yeah if you don’t want my money I’ll go spend it at Universal, what I did

He didn’t even try to find out anything for me I think he was having that authoritative situation and he went with it not even asking anybody you know because it was only on a Friday. I didn’t know it was gonna start on a Friday. I thought it would start on Monday and go till Monday you know till Monday, I was wrong now I just go to Universal and spend my money there finding out is cheaper. The pins are not the same but oh well thanks to that guy who wouldn’t let me in
