Disney World is currently in the process of undergoing lots of different transformations.
One Man’s Dream
CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza are still under construction but will finally open in June 2024. Country Bear Jamboree and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure are both getting ready for summer openings in Magic Kingdom. And there has been a small construction project happening at the One Man’s Dream theater in Disney’s Hollywood Studios that’s just been completed!
Over at the Walt Disney Presents gallery, you can see tons of different historical pieces used by Walt Disney and/or The Walt Disney Company. Walt’s movie and show awards are there along with other Disney memorabilia.

At the very end of the walk-through exhibit, you can watch a 12-ish minute film about Walt Disney’s life, One Man’s Dream. For the past few weeks, this movie experience has been closed to guests due to a refurbishment, and now we get to see what all their hard work amounted to!
The Walt Disney Theater
The first thing we noticed was that one of the doors has been adjusted to be more accessible to those in wheelchairs and ECVs! The door is twice as wide as the regular door, making it much easier to enter and exit.

We also immediately noticed the new carpeting and seats in the theater! They look amazing!

We also spotted a new accessible seat for wheelchair and ECV users. Part of the seat opens like a door to make transferring easier for those guests. Additionally, there is also more room at the back for multiple ECVs to be parked next to each other, instead of being separated by regular seats.

We love the changes to this theater — they were definitely needed! You can see below what the theater was like before these upgrades. The new seats, carpeting, and door are a big improvement.
