You’d think that, since we go to Disney World every single day, we’d get sick of eating all the same snacks over and over again. That’s certainly true for some eats in the parks, but there are a few snacks that we will NEVER stop loving!
We narrowed down the list of our favorite snacks that we can eat over and over and over again without getting sick of them. Here are our top 10 comfort snacks in Disney World!
There are TONS of snack options in Disney World, and new ones are announced all the time. We’ll always try out the new stuff so that you know what’s worth it and what’s skippable, but these are some of our favorite eats that we’ll get any time we want a quick bite just for fun.
Specialty Fries
We will eat French fries ALL DAY LONG, and there are some really fun loaded fries in Disney World! One of our favorites right now is the Loaded Burnt Ends Fries at Regal Eagle Smokehouse in EPCOT.
We also love the French Fries with Pulled Pork and Cheese from Flame Tree Barbecue in Animal Kingdom, which FINALLY returned to this restaurant in late 2023 after going missing for a few years!
And one more favorite of ours (for good measure) is Mr. Kamal’s Seasoned Fries from the Mr. Kamal’s snack stand, also located in Animal Kingdom.
Our only complaint about the Mr. Kamal’s fries is that they used to come with more sauce options, but now there’s just one: Sriracha Mayo. Still, the seasoning is fantastic, and we do love that mayo!

Nachos and Totchos
While we’re on the subject of carbs loaded with delicious toppings, we thought we’d mention nachos and Totchos, too! Our current nacho obsession is at Capt. Cook’s (at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort): Pulled Pork Nachos. These nachos come topped with cheese, spicy mayo, Pico de Gallo, pineapple salsa, and pulled pork.
If you want something a little more unusual, head to Woody’s Lunch Box in Disney’s Hollywood Studios to try the Totchos!
These are tater tot “nachos,” topped with beef and bean chili, shredded cheese, queso, tomatoes, and corn chips.
If you love Totchos, you HAVE to try this breakfast in Animal Kingdom!
DOLE Whip
DOLE Whip is a non-negotiable Disney World treat in our opinion. There are lots of different flavors and combinations available in the parks! Some of our favorite places to get DOLE Whip are Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom, Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs.
Swirls on the Water frequently has seasonal DOLE Whip FLIGHTS, where you can try several different flavor combinations!
And did you know that there’s self-serve DOLE Whip in Disney World too? The only place to get it is at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin at Fuel.
One of our favorite DOLE Whip flavors right now is coconut, and we especially love it as part of the Tropical Serenade Float at Aloha Isle.
This treat is made with POG (pineapple-orange-guava) juice, which is a fan-favorite drink in Disney World that’s super popular in Hawai’i.

Popcorn
We’re pretty sure everyone has had the experience of walking through a Disney park — minding your own business — when suddenly the smell of that buttery, salty popcorn wafts over to you from a nearby popcorn cart. You just can’t resist!
We love that popcorn is super easy to snack on while we walk around the parks, and it’s also relatively cheap compared to other Disney snacks.
When we get souvenir popcorn buckets, we can refill them for even CHEAPER than buying popcorn on its own, and then we can just clip the buckets to our bags while snacking at our leisure.
We also really like the specialty popcorn in Disney World, like the maple popcorn in the Canada pavilion of EPCOT or the caramel popcorn at Karamell Küche, but more on that in a minute.

Stuffed Pretzels
To be completely honest with you, the iconic Mickey pretzels in Disney World can be…underwhelming. But there are some other pretzels that we love to snack on in the parks! Particularly, we like the filled pretzels that are stuffed with cheese or cream cheese. We might grab the Cream Cheese Stuffed Pretzel from The Lunching Pad in Magic Kingdom if we want something sweet…
…or we’ll go for the Pepper Jack Pretzel from the Frontierland snack cart if we want something savory and a little bit spicy.
Watch out, though: The locations for these pretzels sometimes change, and that Pepper Jack Pretzel is especially prone to selling out quickly each day.
We also can’t mention Disney pretzels without bringing up one of our favorites in Hollywood Studios: the Bavarian Pretzel from BaseLine Tap House (even though this one isn’t stuffed).
Our favorite thing about this snack is the CHEESE that’s served with it as a dipping sauce!

Mac & Cheese
This wouldn’t be a list of comfort food without mac and cheese on it, and we happen to know about some AMAZING mac and cheese dishes in Disney World. One of our favorites is the Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Pulled Pork, which can be found at both Flame Tree Barbecue and Eight Spoon Café in Animal Kingdom.
However, note that the version at Flame Tree is a little bit more “loaded,” as it comes topped with pulled pork, coleslaw, onion rings, and sauce, whereas the Eight Spoon Café version doesn’t have the cole slaw or onion rings.
We’re also suckers for the mac and cheese from Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. It’s nothing super fancy, but it’s just super cheesy and decadent.
To combine two of our favorite snacks, we’ll head to The Friar’s Nook and get the Creamy Bacon Macaroni & Cheese Tots!
These are topped with chopped bratwurst, curry ketchup, and apple slaw, and they’re delicious.
Here’s how you can hack a mac and cheese BURGER in Disney World!
Karamell Küche Treats
In the Germany pavilion of EPCOT’s World Showcase, you’ll be drawn to Karamell Küche because of the AMAZING smells wafting out of this bakery. This is the home of all things caramel, and you really can’t go wrong with anything you order here.
Some of our favorite items here are the seasonal Gingerbread Cookie Sandwich…
…the caramel popcorn (always get the fresh-made kind, not pre-packaged!)…
…and the Caramel Butter Bar.
Here’s a pro tip: You can also find some Karamell Küche treats at Big Top Treats in Magic Kingdom and Zuri’s Sweets Shop in Animal Kingdom.
If the amazing Gingerbread Cookie Sandwich isn’t at Karamell Küche when you visit, try this copycat recipe at home!
Corn Dog Nuggets
Yes, the Corn Dog Nuggets at Casey’s Corner might be very similar to the packaged kind you’ll find at your local Walmart…but somehow they just taste so much better when you eat them at the Hub in front of Cinderella Castle!
And what makes them even BETTER is dipping them in the plastic CHEESE sauce that we love so much!
Casey’s is where we usually go for Corn Dog Nuggets, but you can also find this tasty snack at the KRNR Rock Station Kiosk in Disney’s Hollywood Studios — right next to Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster!

Spring Rolls
If you see a super long line at a snack cart just outside of Adventureland in Magic Kingdom, we know exactly what’s going on! That’s the Spring Roll Wagon, and we LOVE the snacks served here!
A staple on the menu is the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls, but additional seasonal flavors come and go.
We’ve seen Pepperoni Pizza Spring Rolls, Reuben Spring Rolls, Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls, and more!
These snacks are a little on the pricey side for what you get, but we love them anyway.
If you like cheeseburger-flavored snacks, make sure to check out the Cheeseburger Bao Buns at Satu’li Canteen in Animal Kingdom, too!
You can get the adult version for two buns, or grab the kids’ meal for just one, which makes the perfect quick snack.

Les Halles Pastries
We’re back in EPCOT for this last comfort snack! We consistently find ourselves in line at Les Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie, waiting to order literally ANY of the delicious pastries served at this bakery.
If you’re gonna make us choose just a few, though, we love the Croissant Jambon Fromage, the Bisque de Homard, any kind of quiche, the Croque Monsieur, the Fraises tart, and the Baguette.
(OK, so maybe that’s more than “just a few” but just wait until you see all the options in the bakery cases here and you’ll understand why we have a hard time choosing between them all.)
We ranked EVERY item at Les Halles! Click here!
