If you’ve kept up with DFB for a little while, you know that we love EPCOT as a whole, but there’s one section in the Germany Pavilion that holds a special place in our hearts.
The Germany Pavilion is where you can find our beloved Tiny Train Town! Upon first glance, this train town may look like your average, everyday small town, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Especially recently!
When we took a look at the town, we noticed first that a lot of the townspeople seemed to be out enjoying the beautiful weather. Seems normal — it’s been gorgeous in EPCOT lately!
We also noticed a new suburb in town! How they built all these houses so quickly, we have no idea, but we’re impressed. However, we would like to warn the owners of the yellow house that this town is safe, but not safe enough to leave your front door wide open. Your neighbor next door in the blue house is already scoping out your home, so beware.
It also looks like the Addams Family may have moved to town, which we find highly interesting. We didn’t think this would be their scene, but with all the misfortune that happens here, maybe it’s perfect for them.
And just like always, when we took a closer look, we noticed everything going on underneath the surface. Like how these poor people have been waiting for a train for DAYS! It doesn’t help that there was a massive wreck on the main track earlier this month — will they ever get out of this town?
They also finally got the light off that poor little girl (who very much seems unsupervised) at the top of the lighthouse! Will she ever get down though? Hard to say.
It also appears that someone is spying on others from her front porch. Who could they be? A lover who she suspects is cheating? A child who she clearly told to play where she could see them, and they handed her binoculars to be a smart aleck (but she just went with it)? WE NEED ANSWERS!
We’ve also seen a new trend of goat tipping, and we think we found the culprit! No, it’s not Pugsley Addams — it’s lizards (aka Godzilla to these townspeople)!
But the ultimate misfortune goes to our friend who is trying DESPERATELY to get out of town with his own horse and buggy. Not only do the horses seem bent on not moving, but the driver isn’t doing a very good job of keeping his hold on the reins. Oh, and he clearly has no idea that two people are stealing one of his suitcases. (Or maybe he does and he just figures he has bigger problems.)
We’re 100% convinced now that no one can ever actually leave the Tiny Train Town (ever seen that show Once Upon A Time? It’s JUST like that). You can move in, but you’ll never escape — by train or otherwise. As always, we’ll be keeping a close eye on these guys and gals (and maybe trying to create a rescue mission) so stay tuned to DFB!
But Tiny Town has gotten a little safer since last month! Read about it all right here

Keep up the reporting of the Winzige Stadt in EPCOT. We need to know what is going on there- always something interesting and often downright nefarious!
