We always love taking a stroll around Disney Springs!
This center for shopping and dining in Disney World is full of fantastic shops, delicious restaurants, and exciting entertainment. There is no shortage of things to do in Disney Springs (and you don’t even need a park ticket to enter!), but today I want to talk about a particular store that is wonderful but often OVERLOOKED.
The Spice & Tea Exchange is probably my FAVORITE store in Disney Springs, and I feel like it is often missed. While The Spice & Tea Exchange is not unique to Disney Springs, it is the perfect store for anyone who loves cooking, eating, drinking tea, or just exploring flavors. The Spice & Tea Exchange got its start in St. Augustine, FL, and has since expanded to become a nationwide franchise.
While you may be able to find this store elsewhere, it is still such a fun spot in Disney Springs. It is a full-sensory experience, as you can smell the various products and taste any of the teas. The store also has numerous recipe cards and kits to give you even more inspiration on what to create with their products.
The store itself is a bit hidden. It is nestled in the corner by Earl of Sandwich and Disney’s Days of Christmas. However, I always make it a point to stop in here, and I usually leave with way too much stuff. 😂
Inside the store, you can find LOTS of spices, teas, flavored sugars, infused olive oil, salts, infused honey, and much more. There are also lots of gift options like tea infusers and cooking utensils. There are various spice blends available, including some of my favorites: Sweet Heat Spice Blend, Black Truffle Garlic Seasoning, Chimichurri Spice Blend, and Crazy Chicken Seasoning.
You can find a spice blend for pretty much any occasion. In addition to the custom blends, you can also find whole spices, peppercorns, peppers, and individual spices. They have a huge variety of salts available including Bacon Smoked Sea Salt and Rosemary Basil Sea Salt.
Additionally, The Spice & Tea Exchange has numerous sweetener options. They have flavored sugars like Bourbon Black Walnut Sugar and Lavender Lemon Sugar. You can also find infused honey, Monk fruit sweeteners, and maple syrups.
And we haven’t even gotten to the HUGE selection of teas available too! The store has a whole wall dedicated to loose-leaf tea and you can select from a large variety of flavors and types. They stock black, green, oolong, white, Pu-erh, yerba mate, and herbal teas. Some of my favorites include Florida Sunshine Tea, Chocolate Chai Tea, and Confetti Cake White Tea.
I use their products pretty much every day, and I really think they are a great quality! It is so much fun exploring all the teas, spices, sweeteners, and accessories.
The bagged products all have the location on them too, which I love as it brings back memories every time I use it! For the Disney Springs store, all of the bagged products have “Lake Buena Vista, FL” on them.
You can also head over to the Tea Bar to order a customized tea. The store has three pre-made tea options available, or you can get any of their tea options brewed fresh! This can be a great way to try out a tea before you buy a full bag, or a wonderful drink to sip on while you stroll through Disney Springs.
The Spice & Tea Exchange is a hidden gem that is so much fun to explore! Any food-lover would be in heaven in this store. I never get tired of stopping in, smelling various spice blends, grabbing a freshly brewed tea, and browsing all the loose-leaf tea options. For a small store, it is jam-packed with amazing finds and delicious gifts!

I love this store too! We have one locally, but it doesn’t have the Tea Bar which is a shame. I’ve brought back many teas and spices as gifts and for myself! A great place!

I have to go every time we are in the area to pick up a bottle or two of Madagascar vanilla. If my kids move away from central Florida I don’t know what I’ll do…lol…

I have always loved this store even in it’s earlier iterations before it became what it currently has become but often leave with stuff that I enjoy when I get home
