It’s finally TIME!
Disney has finally released one of its newest movies on its streaming service, Disney+, and tons of Disney adults have already watched it!
Disney’s new film Wish is officially on Disney+! It was announced a few weeks ago that the film would debut on April 3rd.
Wish was released in theaters in 2023 to honor Disney’s 100th anniversary. The movie is full of Easter eggs and nods to other Disney films.
Wish has original music and a brave heroine, Asha. Asha lives in the kingdom of Rosas, where she makes a wish and then becomes friends with a star. She, the star, and her other friends must take on the evil but charismatic ruler of Rosas, King Magnifico.
We’ve seen lots of Wish-themed merchandise in Disney World, and Disney even added Asha as a character meet-and-greet in EPCOT (located towards the entrance of World Showcase, just in front of the Disney Traders gift shop).
The new topiary at the entrance of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is also Wish-themed this year, and the little Star character actually glows at night!

I watched it but still didn’t feel the thrill of Encanto, frozen, Aladin etc. It was cute. I have the goat popcorn bucket because I like goats 🤷♀️

I wonder why Asha is not included in the characters at 1900 Park Fare. She’s literally making a wish in this movie.
