Well, it has CERTAINLY been a week in Disney World, right?
Things are VERY busy right now in the parks, so much so that Magic Kingdom recently reached capacity. However, we also got some NEW details about Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, as well as saw some permits being filed for the new expansion for Magic Kingdom. On top of that, Disney World restaurants changed up their menus this week. So let’s take a look at that!
Magic Kingdom
Tony’s Town Square
Antipasti changed like so:
- Seasonal Soup changed from $10 to $9
- House Salad description changed from “Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Shaved Fennel tossed in Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette topped with Toasted Chickpeas” to “Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Cucumber, and Olive Medley tossed in Balsamic Vinaigrette”
Here’s what happened to Desserts:
- REMOVED: Tiramisù Cannoli and Tony’s Spumoni Tart
- ADDED: Classic Cannoli — Ricotta and Chocolate Chips for $9.50
- ADDED: Summer Berry Tiramisù — Mascarpone, Mixed Berries, and Chambord-soaked Lady Fingers for $8.50
- ADDED: Flourless Chocolate Cake — with Pistachio Cream, Luxardo Cherries, and Cocoa Nibs for $9
- ADDED: Plant-based Affogato — Plant-based Vanilla Gelato, Coconut Milk Caramel, and Chocolate Cookie served with Freshly Brewed Espresso for $8

The Croissant a la Truffe has been removed from the menu.
However, Macarons Large Collection has been added for $30.95.

50s Prime Time Cafe
We’ve got a few updates at 50s Prime Time Cafe! Under Appetizers, the following changed:
- REMOVED: Fried Herb and Garlic Cheese and Deviled Eggs
- ADDED: Cornbread Skillet — Served with Butter and Honey for $10
- ADDED: Griddled Salmon Cake — Served with Succotash and Dill Sour Cream for $16
We also spotted changes on the Desserts menu:
- REMOVED: Lemon Meringue Pie and Pineapple Upside Down Cake
- ADDED: Key Lime Pie — Topped with Whipped Cream and served with a Raspberry Sauce for $9

We’ve got some big changes happening at Mama Melrose’s, too. Appetizers changed like this:

- ADDED: Burrata Salad — Marinated Tomatoes, Fresh Pistou, Crouton Crumble, Balsamic, Fresh Lemon for $14

Under Kids’ Create-Your-Own Selections, Whole-Grain Pilaf was removed from the menu.

At Sci-Fi Dine In, Desserts have changed:
