There are tons of rules in Disney World, and most of them make perfect sense.
Don’t run (you could get hurt), don’t be rude to Cast Members (or anyone, for that matter), and don’t wear purposefully offensive shirts. These are just a few of Disney’s rules for their theme parks. Also, some table service restaurants also have a dress code. But this rule right here? It surprised us.
Wolfgang Puck’s Bar & Grill in Disney Springs is one we regularly enjoy. They serve Wolfgang Puck’s California-Asian fusion cuisine. They’re open for Brunch, Lunch, and Dinner, and one of their most popular breakfast offerings is Mimosas.
However, when we were checking the menu the other day, we noticed something different — there’s a 2-hour time limit on Wolfgang Puck’s “bottomless” mimosas for Brunch.
We have a few questions here — does the timer start when you ORDER your first Mimosa, or when it lands on the table? What if the service is slower than you’d like and you don’t get as many refills as you’d like. Is it unacceptable to bring our Stanley Cup and fill it with mimosas? SEE, IMPORTANT QUESTIONS!
Do we have answers to any of these? Not YET, but two of our team members were joking about heading to the restaurant to do some damage soon, so we’ll report back on what the experience is like (if they can remember any of it).
But in all seriousness, we understand why a restaurant at Disney World would need a rule like this. Tables are in demand at Disney World, and you can’t necessarily have someone monopolizing one for an entire morning. As much as we love leisurely brunches, we get it. And as “bottomless” brunches have become popular — we’ve seen restaurants enact these time limits in cities all over the U.S.
It’s important to pay attention to rules like these and check out the menu before you dine, which you can do via Disney World’s website or the My Disney Experience App.

First and foremost, we don’t want DRUNKS in WDW. I’m sure finances also plays a part.
