When you are taking a stroll around the World Showcase in EPCOT, there are SO many options in terms of stops. One thing that EPCOT does not lack is food and drinks!
A favorite activity for EPCOT Terrans (if you know, you know) is drinking around the world. This consists of stopping at each World Showcase pavilion to grab a drink (and, if you are anything like us, a snack too). Well, we are taking you with us to get a drink that is not talked about enough when drinking around the world. Let’s head to the Morocco Pavilion!
The Morocco Pavilion is nestled between Japan and France in the World Showcase. This pavilion has three different food locations, in addition to fun shops and a small museum. It will also soon house the new Annual Passholder lounge. In Morocco, you can grab food and drink at Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina (Marketplace Food Booth), Spice Road Table, or Oasis Sweets & Sips.
While Oasis Sweets & Sips may be a bit hidden on the corner, we think that it is a must-stop as you drink (and eat) your way around the world.
Atmosphere
Oasis Sweets & Sips is located in the Morocco Pavilion. It is at the end of the Spice Road Table market and is a pretty small, unassuming kiosk. In fact, you may even walk right past it, not even realizing the potential it holds! There is a fair amount of seating options near the kiosk, but there isn’t any seating specifically for Oasis Sweets & Sips. You can grab a table across the way, check out Tangierine Cafe, or look around the lagoon for additional tables.
The Morocco pavilion is currently undergoing some construction, so it does take away some of the seating across the way. There are still some tables and chairs in this area though, so don’t forget to look here.
Inside, you will find a small but mighty team of Cast Members ready to serve you some tasty drinks and delicious sweets. You can see their selection of pastries on display to select your favorites. The line at this kiosk moves quickly as all of the options are pre-made. The cast member either needs to pour the drink into a cup or grab the pastry from the pastry box.
Before we get too far ahead of ourselves, though, let’s take a look at the menu at Oasis Sweets & Sips.
Menu
The kiosk has a fairly limited menu, but you will find a good selection of drinks (both with and without alcohol) and assorted Moroccan pastries.
You can grab the pastries in a pack of one, three, five, or seven. There are A LOT of options to choose from, and yes, I can confirm it is difficult to choose which ones you are going to get. Eventually, when you get up to the register, I think your heart just speaks for you and rattles off the pastries you want. The pastries don’t have descriptions on the pastry box, but the Cast Members were more than happy to answer any questions!
Now that we have covered what you can get here, let’s take a look at what we ended up grabbing!
Drinks & Eats
We ended up getting two drinks: the Frozen Mint Tea and the Frozen Citrus-Pomegranate Slushy with Absolut Mandrin Vodka. We opted for the Pick Three (although the urge to get one of each was definitely there). For the pastries, we selected the Flogeres, Kataifi, and the Mosaic Cookie with Apricot Jam.
Let’s start with the drinks! First off is the Frozen Mint Tea. It costs $6 and is pretty much exactly what you would expect it to be. There is a lot of great mint flavor in this drink. It is definitely on the sweeter side, but so refreshing! The mint and the sweetness work really well together, and this is a fantastic option. You can also get the Frozen Mint Tea with Bombay Sapphire Gin, so you can get a drink that counts towards your drinking around the world quest. This drink is delicious, and it was one of our favorite things we got from Oasis Sweets & Sips.
Next up, we got the Frozen Citrus-Pomegranate Slushy with Absolut Mandarin Vodka. This drink will cost you $17. This drink has a strong pomegranate flavor and is on the tarter side. You also get a lot of the citrusy flavor. This drink still has a sweetness to it, but not as much as the Frozen Mint Tea. If you get an alcoholic drink here, make sure to stir it up! All of the alcohol was on the top, so it could be pretty potent if you weren’t prepared for it. The vodka is very smooth, and this drink could be surprisingly strong. It is refreshing and tart with just the right amount of sweetness! Both of these drinks are great options if you are drinking around the world. You can order both of these with or without alcohol so everyone in your party can enjoy them.
Now that we have covered the drinks, let’s move on to the pastries! We got three different pastries for $6.75. We are starting off with this Kataifi. This pastry is very similar to Baklava, except it is surrounded by shredded phyllo dough.
The inside is a nut filling, and the pastry is soaked in a honey syrup. The texture of this one was a lot of fun, and the phyllo was cripsy. The filling has a lot of nuts and a strong cinnamon flavor. The honey syrup is light and sweet. The filling is soft and flavorful, while the outside is crunchy.
The next pastry we tried was the Flogeres. This pastry was layers of phyllo dough filled with a nut filling, and then drizzled with milk chocolate.
This pastry was pretty similar to the Kataifi, except the phyllo was in sheets instead of the shredded phyllo. The filling tasted the same, with lots of nuts and a cinnamon flavor. The pastry was also drizzled with milk chocolate that tasted great. We just wish there was more of the chocolate on the pastry! This one also had the honey syrup on it, but there wasn’t quite as much of it.
The final pastry we tried was the Mosaic Cookie with Apricot Jam. This one was the most unique one we tried. The pastry consists of apricot jam sandwiched between two buttery cookies. Then. there is a thin layer of milk chocolate with a gorgeous design on top.
The apricot jam has a strong fruity flavor. It is the star of this pastry, so if you don’t like apricot, you won’t like this pastry. The cookies are really soft and buttery and pair nicely with the apricot jam. The chocolate on top adds a nice decadence to the dessert and really brings the whole treat together. Be warned that this one does melt a bit in the Florida heat, although it still tastes delicious!
That was everything we got at Oasis Sweets & Sips. For a small kiosk, it packs a lot of great snacks and drinks.
Overall
Oasis Sweet & Sips is a great stop as you are making your way around the World Showcase. The kiosk is perfect for a quick stop to please your sweet tooth. However, if you are looking for something savory, you will want to keep moving. We enjoyed everything we tried, with our favorites being the Frozen Mint Tea and Kataifi. You really can’t go wrong with anything you select from this booth, though; it was all great. We also think the Frozen Mint Tea and Frozen Citrus-Pomegranate drinks should be included in your drinking around the world quest!
The Cast Members were all fantastic and happy to answer any questions. There is seating nearby, although depending on how crowded it is, you may have to hunt a bit to find a table.
Nosh or Not?
You will want to add Oasis Sweets & Sips to your trip around the world if…
- You are looking to try some Moroccan pastries, or you are a fan of baklava. The kiosk has a lot of great Moroccan pastry options. You can mix and match to get the pastries you want. If you are a baklava fan, this booth is a must-try!
- You are looking for some refreshing drink options. The booth has a good selection of refreshing drink options. Both the Frozen Mint Tea and Frozen Citrus-Pomegranate Slushy were great. You can also get a Strawberry Smoothie or a Strawberry Daiquiri.
- You are looking for a quick option for a sweet snack. Since this booth has a pretty limited menu, the line moves quickly. You can be in and out in no time with a sweet treat.
You may want to choose a different stop if…
- You are looking for a savory snack. This kiosk does not offer much in the way of savory. If you are looking for something savory, we recommend heading over to Tangierine Cafe for a better selection of savory snacks.
- You don’t like nuts in your dessert, or you are allergic to nuts. Most of the pastries here contain nuts or are stored in close proximity to desserts that have nuts. If you are looking for more options without nuts, we recommend checking out Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie.
- You want a menu with lots of variety and options. The menu here is pretty small. You can really only get a drink or a Moroccan pastry. There are so many food options in EPCOT though, so definitely find something you are excited to try!

I never got into drinking around the world. Being three sheets to the wind on a hot sunny day = not feeling so great very quickly. Snacking around the world is more my speed, LOL.
