We are less than a week away from the start of the next festival at Disneyland Resort!
Pixar Fest is coming soon!
Pixar Fest is almost here, and we are getting excited. We are seeing even more things pop up in the parks as we get ready for the opening of the festival. Let’s take a look at the newest Pixar Fest arrivals at Disneyland Resort!
The event kicks off on April 26th, 2024, and will take place through August 4th, 2024. Pixar Fest will span BOTH parks (Disneyland and Disney California Adventure) AND Downtown Disney. It is going to be a fun-filled celebration with special character appearances, a special parade, new fireworks scenes, fun activities, and LOTS of themed food and souvenirs.

We have spotted various banners going up in the parks, but during our most recent trip we spotted two new items getting set-up for the Pixar Fest. Including the 2024 Pixar Fest sign that is up Disneyland Park. You can find this sign on Main Street U.S.A right by the entrance to the park.

The sign features lots of beloved Pixar characters from movies like Turning Red, Wall-E, Toy Story, Up, Finding Nemo, and Elemental. It is a great centerpiece for the festival, and you can even catch the castle and the sign in the same shot.

In addition to the Pixar Fest sign, we also spotted a photo opportunity at the Fantasyland Theatre. This photo op is filled with lots of color, and you can pose with the iconic Pixar logo!

Sounds like it was an amazing event! I find myself wishing I could have been there too. It’s always a bit bittersweet to hear about such wonderful experiences and not be able to partake in them. I hope those who were able to attend know how lucky they are and made the most of every moment. Looking forward to possibly joining in next time and experiencing the magic for myself!
