By now you know that Disney World is all about the change!
“Out with the old and in with the new,” they say, and we can see it with all the projects around Disney World for the past few years. We definitely feel the change in Disney World’s restaurants. To that point, we’ve got a list of the Disney World restaurants that’ve undergone the most recent changes so that you’re not in the dark when you’re planning for your next trip!
1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
The iconic 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa finally reopened its doors in April, and it’s not just back, it’s been transformed!
This character dining experience has undergone a “Wish Makers Enchanted Dining” makeover. While you can still meet the one and only Cinderella (a true Disney park staple!), you’ll now also have the chance to encounter characters from movies like Encanto and The Princess and the Frog.
So, whether you’re dreaming of shaking hands with Mirabel or having tea with Tiana, 1900 Park Fare is the place to make those Disney dining wishes come true!

Shiki Sai: Sushi Izakaya at EPCOT
Are you looking for more than just a meal? Look no further than Shiki Sai: Sushi Izakaya at EPCOT. It offers an immersive experience for your senses. This restaurant takes inspiration from Japan, not just in its delicious sushi and izakaya dishes, but also in its ever-changing theme and menu.
Throughout the year, Shiki Sai celebrates different Japanese festivals and holidays. Imagine indulging in spring delicacies while surrounded by vibrant cherry blossom artwork or experiencing the flavors of the autumn harvest with maple-leaf decorations.
Shiki Sai is a restaurant that truly captures the spirit of Japanese culture, one delicious bite at a time.

Hollywood and Vine at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Speaking of seasonal changes, throughout the year, Hollywood and Vine transforms with Minnie Mouse hosting themed character buffets that change with the seasons.
For example, you can join Minnie for a dazzling “Silver Screen Dine” in the winter, a splashy “Springtime Dine” in the spring, and a beach bash like no other during the “Summertime Dine.”
And we can’t forget the “Halloween Dine” and the heartwarming “Holiday Dine”? With Minnie Mouse as your hostess, every visit to Hollywood and Vine promises a fun-filled and delicious adventure.
Seasonal Menu Delights All Over Disney World
Disney World isn’t just about its iconic restaurants. It’s also about unexpected culinary delights! You really need to keep your eyes peeled around these parts for seasonal menu options popping up all around the parks and Disney Springs.
From Earth Day treats with fresh flavors at Animal Kingdom to Thanksgiving feasts fit for a king (or queen) at various locations, there’s always something new and exciting to discover depending on when you visit.
Classic Favorites Make a Comeback
Disney World may say goodbye to some menu items, but (thankfully), they also know how to bring some beloved classics back!
This past year, we’ve seen the return of some seriously crave-worthy dishes, including the All-American Sundae at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlour in Magic Kingdom, and let’s not forget about the triumphant (at least to us) return of the pulled pork cheese fries at Flame Tree BBQ in Animal Kingdom.
These cheesy, saucy fries are the perfect comfort food after a long day exploring the park.
D-Luxe Burger Brings Back the Magic
In that same vein of losing some of our favorite things, Disney Springs has seen its fair share of sauce-related drama this past year, with the disappearance of our beloved Chicken Guy sauces and the self-serve sauce bar at D-Luxe Burger.
But fear not! D-Luxe Burger has listened to our cries and brought back all 6 of their dipping sauce dispensers. Now you can customize your burger creation with the perfect condiment, whether you’re a classic ketchup and mustard kind of person or a more adventurous dressing aficionado.
Karamell Küche Keep Things Sweet
As you already know, EPCOT’s Karamell Küche is basically heaven for caramel lovers, and they’re always keeping things interesting with new offerings.
Speaking of that, watch out Trolley Car Cafe because Karamell Küche’s Carrot Cake Whoopie Pie is a game-changer! That’s only just one of the items on the new menu lineup that you’ll have to check out.
ALERT! One of Our FAVORITE Snacks Is BACK at Karamell-Küche in EPCOT

Laurel Lane says
I truly don’t understand the change of characters at 1900 Park Fare. They don’t fit with the hotel nor with each other. I truly do believe Disney has lost the art of theming.
