We’re checking out a brand-new roller coaster today, and we’re bringing you with us!
We got to preview Universal Orlando’s NEW DreamWorks Land, including the Trollercoaster (which isn’t a word we ever thought we’d need to type). Is this coaster worth a visit? And what exactly IS a Trollercoaster, anyway? Let’s find out.
Universal’s new DreamWorks Land opens in Orlando on June 14th, 2024. The new land will have a Shrek meet-and-greet, a Kung Fu Panda show, and a Trollercoaster.
The Trollercoaster is themed to the DreamWorks movie Trolls, of course! The Trolls movie stars some big-name actors like Anna Kendrick, Justin Timberlake, Zooey Deschanel, and James Corden.
We got to see a FIRST LOOK and sneak peek at this coaster on a recent media preview of the new DreamWorks land, and all we have to say is WOW! The coaster is a family-friendly ride where you’ll get to join Poppy, Tiny, and the twins Satin and Chenille on a caterpillar Caterbus as you try to escape the scary spiders.
Little ones can also enjoy Poppy’s Playground…
…and you’ll find snacks over at Trolls Treats, too!
Don’t forget to check out other parts of this land, including Po Live!, which is a show themed to Kung Fu Panda. Through a digital animated screen, Po will train guests in the ways of kung fu! Shrek, Fiona, and Donkey are greeting guests outside of Shrek’s cottage, too!
