If you’re anything like us, you’re probably already gearing up for spooky season even though it’s already May.
Tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party went on sale recently, and we’ve already snagged our tickets for the event. If you’re hoping to attend Disney World’s special ticketed Halloween party, you’ll want to do the same. Why? Well, one date is officially sold out, and we have a feeling that more dates will follow!
That’s right, tickets for Halloween night have officially sold out. Of course, Halloween typically sells out first, and then the dates closest to it follow.
Don’t worry, though. So far, Halloween is the ONLY date that has sold out. The following are still available:
- August – 9th, 13th, 16th, 20th, 23rd, 27th, and 30th
- September – 2nd, 6th, 8th, 10th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 20th, 22nd, 24th, 26th, 27th, and 29th
- October – 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 17th, 18th, 20th, 21st, 24th, 25th, 27th, and 29th
Wanna know what’s spooky about this though? Scott Gustin tweeted that he was still able to purchase them in the app! When we checked ourselves to see if this is the case, it was sold out for some of our team members but not for all. Spooky! When this happens, it’s likely that it just takes the app a second to update.
Deleted this tweet about a Halloween night sellout at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The website still shows the date as sold out – but in the WDW app, you can still purchase tickets for Oct. 31. Now that's some spooky stuff. pic.twitter.com/gu6eNdFnkG

If this will be your first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, or if you need a quick refresher, you can take a look at some of the highlights below!
So far, Disney has confirmed that some of the popular entertainment from years past will be returning, and we’ve even seen a casting call for some familiar Halloween roles!
Now, as we mentioned, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a specially ticketed event, so you must have a separate Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket in order to get into the Magic Kingdom. A ticket to this after-hours party gets you access to Magic Kingdom a few hours before the party begins (at 4PM), but if you plan to be in Magic Kingdom BEFORE 4PM, you will need a Magic Kingdom park ticket and a party ticket.
The party will take place on select nights, starting at 7PM and running until midnight, with party guests able to enter the park as early as 4PM. Keep in mind that the party does not happen every night—only select nights between August 9th and October 31st.
We’re can’t wait to hear more about this year’s event! We are already planning our Halloween costumes — anyone else?! This is historically a super popular event, so we recommend purchasing your tickets ASAP, especially if you want to go in late October or close to Halloween (the dates closest to Halloween tend to sell out first).
