We’re coming up on summer travel season!
Are you planning a summer vacation to Disney World or anywhere else in the world for that matter? Picking out cheap and convenient flights is a big part of the planning process, and we know it’s not always easy. We’re constantly on the lookout for great deals and ways to help you through the process. We recently learned that Southwest Airlines has developed a new partnership that will help you save time and (hopefully) money!
According to Fox Business, Southwest Airlines tickets will now appear on Google Flights! Google Flights is the flight travel tool provided by Google that makes selecting flights as simple and quick as, well, a Google search.
Southwest stated that it was “extending the reach of Southwest.com by giving users of Google Flights enhanced visibility into our available flights, fares, and the benefits of our products and services.” When you use Google Flights, you’ll see flight itineraries and pricing, which can be compared to different options. Then you can directly click to Southwest.com to book your flight.
Many other airlines, including Delta, American Airlines, and United Airlines, are already partners with Google, so now you’ll also be able to find Southwest flight options among them. Google Flights can help you find great flights and eliminate the need for a third-party, online travel agency like Travelocity, Expedia, or others.
We hope this new partnership makes planning and picking flights even easier as we get into peak travel season! For more travel news, keep following DFB!

Such a great change as Google flights has price tracking, and automatic emails and notifications on pricing changes. Southwest was listed but never any pricing so it made it very difficult to ever bother with southwest.
