There is nothing we love to do more at Walt Disney World than snacking. I mean, we are Disney FOOD Blog, after all! And one of the best parts about going to the parks is eating all the treats!
In our snacking endeavors, we love to come together to discuss all our snack FAVES and the ones we will typically PASS on. And since we know you’re probably planning a trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth, we decided to put on our foodie review hats and rank all the snacks we’ve tried, starting with Fantasyland!
We’ve listed each item from worst to best just for you. Take this as a little guide from your favorite fairy foodmothers.
Turkey Leg at Prince Eric’s Village Market — 4/10
Turkey Legs are sort of a controversial topic at Walt Disney World — You either HATE them or you LOVE them, and we wouldn’t say it’s our personal favorite snack available at Fantasyland.
Although it is a ‘pretty good’ turkey leg, at the end of the day it’s just a turkey leg. There are better snacks we prefer, and when it comes to snacking in the summer, a turkey leg feels a little too heavy for our liking.

Merry Unbirthday Cupcake at Cheshire Cafe — 6/10
This cupcake is as whimsical as Wonderland itself.
The inside is filled with more sprinkles which is a fun surprise, but we do have to be honest and state that it’s not our favorite cupcake at the parks. The frosting, though vibrant and charming, is really hefty and there isn’t enough cake to balance it out. It can be a pretty messy eat, so fair warning when picking this one up.

Ham, Provolone, and Swiss Sandwich at Gaston’s Tavern — 8/10 OR 5/10
This sandwich is straightforward: it’s a Ham and Provolone sandwich with a pretzel bun that is topped with melted Swiss. But don’t let its simplicity fool you! For a simple sandwich, this really does hit when you’re looking for a more fully rounded snack.
With that being said, however, we do have to rank this a little lower on our list because of its inconsistency: this sandwich can be an 8/10 on a good day and a 5/10 on a bad one. So for that reason alone, we do have to rank it lower on our list.

Tea Slushies at Cheshire Cafe — 7/10
Right now, you can get both the Mixed Berry Tea Slushy and the Blackberry Tea Slushy at Cheshire Cafe!
Cheshire Cafe is always rotating new slushies on the menu, and we tried both their latest Mixed Berry Tea Slushy and the Blackberry Tea Slushy and they’re both really good. We wouldn’t say it’s the best slush available (if you’ve had a slushy at 7/11…it’s basically the same thing), but they’re fun and not a bad pick.
We’ve tried some different tea slushies at this spot — see our review here!
LeFou’s Brew at Gaston’s Tavern — 7/10
Another slush option is this one at Gaston’s Tavern!
Sweet, refreshing, and a great drink for the hot summer season, you can’t go wrong with LeFou’s Brew. The drink consists of Frozen Apple Juice with a hint of Toasted Marshmallow and topped with All-Natural Passion Fruit-Mango Foam. Just straight up YUM!

Grapes at Prince Eric’s Village Market — 🍇/10
Honestly, who doesn’t love grapes?
They’re sweet and juicy and make minimal to no mess when eating them. The packaging makes it easy to walk around the parks with and to store in your bag for later. It’s also the cheapest snack on this list which makes it a solid choice.
Jumbo Pretzel with Cheese at Prince Eric’s Village Market — 8/10
You can never go wrong with a pretzel and this jumbo one available at Prince Eric’s Village Market did NOT disappoint!
We are fans of the size alone and as a pretzel, it’s perfectly salty and doughy. The cheese dip is what really makes this pretzel extra yummy (we can’t get enough of Disney’s plastic cheese!) and it’s a good pick for a salty snack at Fantasyland.
Pickle at Prince Eric’s Village Market — 9/10
Pickles just slap, ok?
They’re tangy, crunchy, and refreshing and when we’re feeling a little peckish but don’t want anything too filling, a pickle really does the trick. I’m sure fellow pickle lovers can agree that it’s not a snack to scoff at!
Soft Serve Cup at Storybook Treats — 9/10
Nothing hits better than some creamy cold soft serve on a hot park day.
Although simple, this vanilla soft serve is really tasty and hits the spot when you’re looking for a treat to keep you cool.
Float at Storybook Treats — 9/10
We’re sticking around Storybook Treats for this next option!
A tasty classic, you can get your choice of Vanilla, Chocolate, or Swirl Soft-serve with your choice of Assorted Coca-Cola® Fountain Beverages. Another refreshing and delicious choice, we love the variety of combinations you can make when ordering this.
Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts at Friar’s Nook — 9/10
These doughnut holes are dusted in cinnamon sugar and they are DELICIOUS.
However, these are only available at breakfast time, so if you’re looking to try these during your trip, make sure to hit up Friar’s Nook before they switch their offerings for lunchtime.

Hot Fudge Sundae at Storybook Treats — 9/10
An even better version of the soft serve cup!
This sundae comes with Vanilla Soft-serve dripped with decadent Hot Fudge which elevates this treat and takes it to a whole other level! Delish!
Strawberry Sundae at Storybook Treats — 9/10
And here’s another version for strawberry lovers!
This sundae features the creamy and classic Vanilla Soft-Serve with a delectable Strawberry Topping: a berrylicious dream come true!
Sausage and Gravy Tots at Friar’s Nook — 9/10
In a world of wedges or crinkle-cut, we choose tots!
Another breakfast exclusive, these crispy tots are drenched in a savory gravy and it’s honestly one of our favorite go-to’s for an early snack at the parks.

Rapunzel Sundae at Storybook Treats — 9/10
You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream and this Rapunzel Sundae is definitely something to scream about (in a good way!).
This sundae has Shortcake with DOLE Whip Lemon and Wild Berry Soft-serve, topped with Berry Compote and Sugar Flowers. The one con about this treat is how fast it MELTS, but it’s definitely still a sundae made for a princess.

Aurora Cone at Storybook Treats — 9/10
Make it pink? Or make it blue? Well, why not both!
This tasty treat consists of DOLE Whip® Strawberry and Blue Soft-serve topped with White Chocolate Crisp Pearls in a blue Sugar Cone. It’s delicious and definitely not a snack to sleep on.

Key Lime Pie Tart at Pinocchio Village Haus — 10/10
This Key Lime Pie Tart is topped with Whipped Cream and gold crispy Pearls.
It’s creamy and soft and although it’s a little bit more on the sour side, the whipped cream offers a sweetness that really balances it all out. A great pick for those who don’t want something overwhelmingly sweet.

Grey Stuff Cupcake at Gaston’s Tavern — 10/10
Try the grey stuff, it’s delicious! Don’t believe me? Try this cupcake!
We’re pretty sure everyone has dreamt of trying “The Grey Stuff” when watching the “Be Our Guest” scene in Beauty of The Beast. Well, at Gaston’s Tavern, you can with this Grey Stuff Cupcake that doesn’t disappoint. It’s a Chocolate Cupcake topped with “The Grey Stuff” and crispy Pearls. We love having a themed snack that looks straight out of the movie!
Caramel Apple Pecan Hand Pie at Friar’s Nook — 10/10
This Hand Pie is like a fried empanada stuffed with Caramel Apple-Pecan filling and drizzled with Vanilla Custard Sauce.
It is INSANELY GOOD! Fun snack hack: if you get a scoop of Vanilla Soft-serve from Storybook Treats and dump it on top of this hand pie, it turns this 10/10 snack into 100/10 easily!

Warm Cinnamon Roll at Gaston’s Tavern — 100/10
Probably the most popular item at Gaston’s Tavern is this Warm Cinnamon Roll and for good reason.
This jumbo-sized cinnamon roll is fluffy and cinnamon-y and just yummy all around. The icing is delicious and because of this, we definitely recommend getting an extra cup of it since the cinnamon roll is pretty big and you’re gonna want to have every bite with it! You’re on vacation after all and a little extra icing won’t hurt anyone.

Pepper Jack Pretzel at Cheshire Cafe 5,000/10
Probably the best pretzel in the ENTIRE park (yup, we said it.)
This Pepper Jack Pretzel is what pretzel dreams are made of. It’s coated with crispy toasted cheese on the outside and filled with warm pepper jack cheese and bits of jalepeño peppers to spice it up. This pretzel definitely packs some heat, but we love the creative twist on this iconic twist-y snack!
Cheshire Cat Tail at Cheshire Cafe — 20 million/10
And we’ve finally made it to our highest-ranked snack at Fantasyland: The Cheshire Cat Tail!
Not only is this snack adorable and perfect for a pic, but it’s also DELICIOUS! This snack is a tail-shaped twisted pastry, filled with chocolate chips and topped with squiggles of pink and purple icing- truly reminiscent of the Cheshire Cat’s tail. It’s a yummy treat for any time of the day and it NEVER disappoints!
