There are lots of food options in Disney World, but sometimes it can be a challenge to find a quiet, comfortable, cool place to enjoy your meals. As we enter into the hottest months at Disney World, we wanted to share a food hack with you that you can take advantage of while you are in EPCOT.
This hack is like a new take on the Coral Reef experience, but for way less money than you would spend at Coral Reef Restaurant. While this hack does not include food from Coral Reef, we think you are going to love the view. Instead of having food from Coral Reef, we are heading to a nearby restaurant, and you may even find yourself closer to the aquariums while you dine!
To start, head over to Sunshine Seasons located inside of The Land Pavilion. You can choose from a variety of food options and request a to-go box to package up your food. As well, if you choose to get a drink, the coffee lids in the self-service beverage section will fit on top of the regular and kids size cups. While Sunshine Seasons does offer a very large dining area with air conditioning, the space can get loud and chaotic when it is busy. It offers a good people watching spot, but if you are hoping for a more exciting view that is usually a bit quieter, we got you covered!
Once you have gotten your food and packaged it up for travel, we are going to head out of The Land Pavilion and take a left. Head into The Seas Pavilion, which is the pavilion with The Seas with Nemo & Friends attraction. In addition to this ride, there is also a massive aquarium. You can access this space without riding the ride, by staying to the left of the ride’s entrance. Once inside the aquarium, head upstairs and follow the hallway through the aquarium which will lead you to a few bench seats.Â
You will be able to see all sorts of sea life including fish, turtles, and rays. You can always take advantage of this space without grabbing food too. However, we think it makes it extra special if you can snack on some food while enjoying the views.
We confirmed with Cast Members that you are welcome to eat in this area. Not only do you get a wonderful view of the aquariums, but you can also enjoy cold air coming out of the vents. You can get some prime viewing and escape the sometimes-chaotic dining area of Sunshine Seasons.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from Sunshine Seasons while enjoying a pretty awesome view. You can also enjoy this space without bringing a snack, or you can also bring a snack from elsewhere in the park. If you are looking to grab something from somewhere other than Sunshine Seasons, make sure you check out our video ranking EPCOT snacks for under $10:

Great suggestion to get out of the sun when shade and seating are is short supply in most dining areas or prohibitively expensive.
