A NEW addition is coming to a popular Disney World perk.
A brand-new version of one of Magic Kingdom’s most legendary opening-day attractions is set to reopen this week… AND join the park’s lineup of offerings for the hotel guest-exclusive Extended Evening Hours!
On July 17th, the Country Bears will officially return to Magic Kingdom with a new take on the classic animatronic stage show, the Country Bears Musical Jamboree. The updated show pays tribute to the “Opry-style shows of Nashville,” according to Disney, and features the titular bears performing “reinterpreted Disney tunes in different genres of country music – like bluegrass, pop-country, Americana, rockabilly and other styles.”
If you’re staying at a deluxe-level Disney-owned hotel (or other select hotel) and want to catch the new show, you’ll not only be able to do so during park hours but also during Extended Evening Hours! Beginning on the attraction’s reopening day, the Country Bears Musical Jamboree has been added to the list of Magic Kingdom rides and attractions that are open two hours extra for these hotel guests. For example, on July 17th, Extended Evening Hours are offered at Magic Kingdom from 10PM to 12AM.
These extended hours are only available to guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resorts, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, and other select hotels. The full list includes the following:

Nancy Rivera says
Why is it that Disney doesn’t offer extended hours for hotel guests staying in value and moderate hotel? Why are they so special? Our money is just as green as those who stay at value hotels. We are working families that have supported Disney all these years. This is disappointed that classism still exists in this country and Disney supports this. Someone tell Bob Iger this.
