Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is Disney’s “timeshare” (in quotes because it’s not exactly that) program that allows guests to lock in their “future vacations at today’s purchase price.”

Instead of being locked into a specific Disney World hotel, Disney Cruise Line ship, or Disney resort, DVC members use a Vacation Point System to allow flexibility for when, where, and how long they’d like to stay. If you’re a DVC member, we have exciting news — you’ll want to visit a Disney resort over the course of the next month or so to get these NEW perks! 

From July 22nd through August 24th, Disney is introducing the first-ever Welcome Home Weeks! During this exciting celebration, DVC members can experience tons of new perks throughout Disney World, Disneyland, and beyond.

Free Food!

DVC members can get a FREE Mickey Premium Bar, Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich, or Fruit Bar at select locations around Disney World and Disneyland.

Disney World

• Starting July 22nd, Mondays and Tuesdays between 11AM and 2PM at the Tower of Terror Courtyard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios
• Starting July 25th, Thursdays and Fridays between 1-4PM at Upper Bradley Falls in Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Disneyland

• At Star View Station in Disneyland on July 23rd, August 6th, and August 20th from 2PM-4PM
• At Golden Vine House at Disney California Adventure on July 30th and August 13th from 1-4PM

Free Coffee and Breakfast Treat

At Top of the World Lounge at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Reunion Station at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge from 10-11AM starting July 27th, DVC members can get free coffee and morning treat!

This will also be offered at the Discovery Den at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel on July 25th, August 8th, and August 22nd.

Wine Mixer

Only at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel in Disneyland Resort, DVC members can experience a special Wine Mixer!

The mixer will take place at the hotel’s Wedding Garden on July 31st and August 14th from 4:30-5:30PM.

Special Character Experiences

Disney has also announced that special character experiences will be available at FOUR of Disney’s resorts across the U.S. — yes, four!

• At Disney’s Contemporary Resort (Ballroom Fantasia J), a special Frozen meet and greet will take place July 22nd, July 23rd, July 29th, July 30th, August 12th, and August 13th from 11AM-3PM
• At Sleeping Beauty Pavilion in the Disneyland Hotel on July 22nd and August 19th from 2-4PM there will be a sketch artist and dance party
• A pirate-themed event with a Disney pal on Disney’s Vero Beach Resort’s Pool Deck on Thursdays starting July 25th from 7PM to dusk
• Visits from Disney friends and a pool party at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, plus fireworks at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina (across the street from the resort) on Tuesdays starting July 23rd from 6PM until the fireworks end

FREE Ice Cream!

At Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, DVC members can get free ice cream at the Disney Vacation Club Preview Center starting July 22nd!

The ice cream is limited to one per person, per week though, so keep that in mind if you’re visiting for over a week!

Special Offerings at Disney’s Aulani Resort

All the way over in Hawaii, Disney is offering multiple special opportunities for DVC members at Disney’s Aulani Resort!

The resort is offering free lei-making and hula lessons on the Hālāwai Lawn on July 25th, August 1st, and August 15th from 9-10AM and 12-1PM, as well as complimentary tote stamping and ukulele lessons on July 23rd, July 30th, August 13th, August 20th (at Kīpuka Lawn), and August 8th (in Kaiona Ballroom).

Save on Mobile Ordering

Lastly, DVC members will get a one-time 20% discount to use on any mobile order (not including tax)! This discount can be used in Disney World or Disneyland, but it must be used at a quick service, not a table service restaurant.
