Attention BBQ fans, a BRAND-NEW meal option is coming to Disney Springs.
The Polite Pig has been a favorite of many since the BBQ restaurant opened at Disney Springs in 2017. Now the outlet has announced that a NEW menu offering is coming soon!
The Polite Pig took to their Instagram account to announce that The Polite Experience is coming soon. This four-course dinner will feature modern BBQ offerings paired with bourbons from Heavenly Hill Distillery.
According to the restaurant, this event will have limited availability and will be a “Michelin-worthy dining adventure, featuring Heaven Hill’s finest spirits like Elijah Craig, Larceny, and more.”
No further details have been released for the event as of press time.
UPDATE: As of September 23rd, 2024, the event has sold out. It will take place in Disney Springs on October 23rd as a four-course dinner experience with Heaven Hill Distillery.
The Polite Pig is owned and operated by Florida-based chefs James, Julie, and Brian Petrakis, making it one of the few Disney Springs locations to feature a local chef. According to the restaurant, their menu is “inspired by the best seasonal food that Florida has to offer” and features items including pulled pork, brisket, fried chicken, and turkey sandwiches, smoked jalapeño cheese sausage, chicken, ribs, pork, brisket, smoked cedar plank salmon, duck wings drizzled with sweet tea glaze and pecans, and sides including grilled street corn, baked beans, mac and cheese, and burnt ends chili.
We don’t know much about the upcoming Polite Experience, but going by how much we enjoy Polite Pig’s current offerings, we can’t wait to try it! Stay tuned to DFB for further Disney World menu updates.

Why is there so much alcohol allowed at wdw!? Even in the food!!?? Walt would never have allowed it….What’s wrong with plain old food?? And certainly, our kids and grandkids can’t eat at these places which means we don’t either! Disney seems to be forgetting its initial and main demographic: American families!!
