Christmas in Magic Kingdom
On top of all the beautiful Christmas decor around all the resorts and across all four theme parks, Magic Kingdom hosts Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on select nights. This party is a specialty ticketed event that includes party-exclusive entertainment like Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show and Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade. Of course, there are also tons of holiday-themed snacks, and Disney just released its official foodie guide for this year’s parties! Let’s take a look!
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party officially kicks off on November 8th and runs until December 20th, and dates are already selling out, so make sure to grab your tickets soon!

So you basically can’t enjoy 95% of them unless you’re dishing out the extra $200 for the Christmas party. That really stinks.
So excited by some of these menu items! Definitely going to have some decisions to make while attending the party in 38 days!!
Last year we ate at Cosmic Rays during the party and enjoyed the pot roast melt and turkey burger. But honestly, the hours for the party are so short and there is so much to do, there is not time ….nor room in our tummy…to try any of these treats that are only available during the party. It would be nice if these would be available the entire month of December!
I will be attending the party unless this trip has to be canceled due to weather like the last 2 trips I had scheduled this year!
I wish the Cosmic Rays Holiday Pot Roast Melt was available all the time not just at the party. A pot roast sandwich would be a big seller there year round. Better than just another burger.
So, once again Disney is setting up a class of exclusion by providing extra goodies at the party that is already exclusive. You’ve already taken away the before and after park hours, set up lightning lane for the rich and famous, have the parties that you have to pay extra to attend. What next Disney?
I’m also disappointed with the menu timing. I just don’t care for all the sweet stuff, but found at least 3 savory things I would liked to have tried. There will barely time to have an early dinner plus a late night snack. I’m lucky enough to go to the Party, but it would have nice to try a couple during another Park day at MK.
