Lightning Lane Premier Pass debuts in Disney World on October 30th.
Disney introduced Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass on July 24th, 2024. Multi Pass is an optional, paid service that allows you to book reservations to “skip the line” at many rides throughout Disney World. Single Pass is another optional, paid service reserved for Disney World’s most popular rides, and allows you to book a reservation to ride one of those uber popular rides (like Rise of the Resistance or Flight of Passage). Now comes Lightning Lane Premier Pass — a premium, paid service that starts October 30th. And now, we know what pricing looks like for this top tier of Lightning Lane passes!
As we said, we now know the exact pricing for Lightning Lane Premier Pass on its first day — October 30th. The prices look like this:
- Magic Kingdom — $329 plus tax
- EPCOT — $169 plus tax
- Hollywood Studios — $269 plus tax
- Animal Kingdom — $129 plus tax
Keep in mind those prices are per person, and only guests staying in Disney World Deluxe Resorts, Deluxe Villas and other select hotels are able to buy the Premier Pass. So, why would you want it? Premier Pass allows you to experience every attraction with a Lightning Lane in one park — without making reservations. You just show up and scan in. This includes both Multi Pass and Single Pass attractions. We’ve got a full list of the rides included right here.
Just like Disney World tickets, Lightning Lane Multi Pass, and Lightning Lane Single Pass, prices for Premier Pass will change based on demand. Days Disney expects a larger crowd means a higher price. Previously, Disney had said the price range for Premier Pass would be:
- Magic Kingdom: $329-$449 plus tax
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $129-$199 plus tax
- EPCOT: $169-$249 plus tax
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $269-$349 plus tax
The October 30th prices are at the bottom of those price ranges, so we can expect to see higher prices as we move into the holiday season.
Here’s a look at the Lightning Lane Premier Pass prices through November 19th, which is as far as Disney has released them. We noted that the first two days of the service are the cheapest ones — the price goes up in November.

Disney has said that the Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be available in “very limited quantities.” The translation here is that Disney does not want to sell very many of these passes — which is part of the reason they are priced at a premium. If everyone had a skip-the-line pass with no reservation required, it would be even more difficult for Disney to manage wait times.
The Premier Pass is not the right fit for everyone, but it could make sense for you in certain situations. The DFB team will be in the parks October 30th, learning the ins and outs of the new offering, and you can count on us to bring you the good, the bad, and the ugly of what we find.

This paints Disney as being extremely greedy and catering to the very rich. It has really colored my opinion of the Disney organization.
