We’re aboard the brand-new Disney Treasure cruise ship and taking you along as we discover all of its secrets!
We were invited by Disney to check out the Disney Treasure (the Disney Cruise Line’s latest addition to its fleet) in New York City ahead of its scheduled maiden voyage on December 21st, 2024. Home to several different experiences and themed restaurants, one of the things we were most excited to see on the Disney Treasure was the Haunted Mansion Parlor, a Haunted Mansion-themed lounge that is sure to delight fans of the iconic Disney attraction. While checking out this sure-to-be-popular lounge, we got a first look at some of its offerings, including a secret menu!
While touring the Haunted Mansion Parlor, we were introduced to a secret menu that can only be accessed by solving a word puzzle!
***SPOILER WARNING*** The video below shows the answer to the puzzle, so skip ahead if you don’t want the solution spoiled!

From what we saw, the menu is presented on a tablet and prompts at the bottom, “Tip and turn this book of spells. Your spirit yearns for the secret it tells.”
When flipped vertically, “A Chilling Challenge” presents itself. The challenge reads, “[Blank] and crawlies, toads in a [blank]/ let there be [blank]/[blank] regions beyond!” Guests must then fill in the saying with words from a word bank at the top of the challenge.
If this puzzle sounds familiar, then consider yourself a true fan of the Haunted Mansion attraction at the Disney Parks. The challenge guests are required to complete to access the secret menu is a quote from Madame Leota in the seance room at both American versions of the ride.
As for the menu itself, you’ll find the Restless Spirits Experience for Two — a concoction that features a drink with St. George Botanivore Gin, Screaming Soda, Blackberry, and Blueberry as well as a drink with Five Trail Blended Whiskey, Sour Shivers Lemonade, and Orange.
As for the regular menu, you’ll see plenty of “libations conjured to liven thy spirit”! The menu offers tons of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirit-free drinks. You can even get a Hatbox Ghost Sipper!
Each beverage has a Haunted Mansion tie-in and you’ll discover drinks like The Chilling Challenge (818 Añejo Tequilla, Cointreau Noir, Blood Orange, Sour Cherry, Lime Salt Air Foam) and the Final Vow (Código Artesanal Mezcal, AMaretto, Strawberry, Mango, Lime, Hot Sauce).
