Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Culinary Demonstrations
Culinary Demonstrations are mini cooking lessons, and offer attendees step-by-step instructions and recipe ideas focusing on a single recipe, ingredient, or technique. Some of the best chefs around will share their go-to recipes and insider tips for preparing sensational dishes! Demonstrations are presented on Saturdays and Sundays at the Hollywood Backlot Stage in Hollywood Land.
In 2025, guests can enjoy FREE Culinary Demonstrations featuring Disney Chefs, Visiting Chefs, and Festival Sponsors.

Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival Beverage Seminars
Beverage Seminars offer DCA Food and Wine Festival goers and opportunity to learn more without breaking the bank. The Wine and Mixology Education & Tasting Seminars take place at the Sonoma Terrace, and cost $25.00 to attend.

The Wine and Mixology Education & Tasting Seminars are 45 minutes long and each session is presented by a beverage industry professional.
