We may be past the holidays and New Year’s Eve and Day, but crowds will continue to flock to Disney World as the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend takes place soon!
If you’re heading to Disney World this coming week and weekend, January 6th through January 12th, be prepared for those getting ready to run in the race events to join you at the parks. But larger crowds aren’t the only thing you need to prepare for this week; cold temperatures are heading toward Orlando!
As we look toward the upcoming week at Disney World, we noticed something that may impact how you pack for your vacation. Starting on January 7th through January 12th, we’ll be experiencing lower temperatures with highs in the 50s and 60s! While it will likely be sunny, these cooler temperatures call for sweatshirts and jackets, so be sure to make some room in your luggage.
It might be hard to believe, but yes, Orlando, Florida, does get chilly! When it’s cold in Florida, it really is COLD. We know the runners will warm up quickly as they race around Disney World, but you’ll want to come prepared for your days in the parks, where it could get chilly, especially in the evenings. So grab one of these sweatshirts to be for the cooler days ahead!
Pack the Mickey and Friends Sweatshirt
You’ll be racing with Mickey and the gang, so come wearing this adorable sweatshirt as you take your mark on the start line! The mornings and evenings are likely to be sweatshirt weather this week.
Pack This Minnie Mouse Sweatshirt
You can go classic Minnie Mouse with this cute sweatshirt that will keep you warm as the temps drop!
We want you to be prepared for your upcoming trip! Keeping an eye on the weather days before your Disney World vacation helps you pack correctly, so don’t be caught in the cold this week.
