Have you ever dreamed of working at Disney World? If that’s your dream job, you’ll want to pay attention.
If you’re a college student, you just might get that chance. The Disney College Program helps make those kind of dreams come true every year, and it looks like Disney is getting ready to bring in the new class of Cast Members because applications are now open for the summer and fall 2025 Disney College Program.
That’s right, applications are now available for the Disney College Program. You can apply online here. You must be at least 18 years old at the time of application and currently enrolled and taking classes OR have graduated from an accredited U.S. college, university, or higher education program within two years of the posting date of your application. You must also have unrestricted work authorization within the U.S. and able to work Sunday through Saturday, including days and nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime.
Starting pay is $17 per hour and you will need to work within the Disney Look appearance guidelines. If you are selected, you’ll get paid on a weekly basis, get FREE theme park admission, get cast-exclusive discounts, and live in an apartment community JUST for you with access to free transportation to work locations and nearby shopping and dining.
Select candidates will get an invite to a phone interview. If you receive and accept an offer, there is a Program Participation fee you’ll need to pay within seven days, as well as a housing fee that’s due six weeks prior to your arrival date if you’re using onsite housing at Flamingo Crossings Village. You’ll know your role about a month before you arrive when you complete onboarding with confirmation about a week before you arrive.
If that sounds like fun and your dream job, you’ll want to make sure you submit that application ASAP.
Stay tuned to DFB for more.

If I were younger, didn’t have a family and could live on $17/hour I’d apply. But I’m also a teacher (M.Ed.), but I think Disney should hire teachers, especially for Epcot to show how they use entertainment to help educate people. I mean, come on! Epcot has World Showcase! We talk about cultures in school. I even used the German pavillion during a Zoom call to my class one year while on vacation since we had talked about Christmas in Germany. But when I ask CMs I follow on LinkdIn, I never get a response.
