We have some FABULOUS Disney World brunch news. One of our favorite Disney Springs restaurants, Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ Restaurant, has some NEW brunch items. Let’s just say our mouths are watering big time right now!
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’
This fantastic restaurant serves up farm-to-fork Southern and Floridian cuisine in the heart of Disney Springs. We are huge fans of the restaurant and we can’t wait to try out these new dishes.
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ is already one of our favorite restaurants at Disney World. Well, the restaurant just got EVEN better because new brunch items have arrived!
Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’
The best part is that it isn’t just a few items…SIX new items are making their debut at brunch. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM until 1 PM, so if you are hoping to try these new items, plan accordingly!

First up is the Blueberry Buckle. It is a house-made blueberry coffee cake topped with vanilla glaze and garnished with fresh berries and mint. This thing looks divine!

Next is Homecomin’ Hash. The Homecomin’ Hash is two sunny-side-up eggs over fire-roasted tomatoes, diced potatoes, chopped bacon, sauteed red peppers, and onion. It is served with a potato gratin mash and a cheddar drop biscuit to finish it off.

You can also grab a Vegan Hash. This hash is made with scrambled Just Egg plant-based egg substitute. It is served over fire-roasted tomatoes, diced potatoes, red and green peppers, onion, and zucchini. Fresh fruit and multigrain toast are served on the side.

Or, get a little cheesy with Southern Style Cheesy Potatoes. You can’t ask for much more than potatoes and cheese; it’s the perfect match!

You can also grab the Steak & Egg Plate. It features country-fried steak smothered in sawmill gravy and topped with two over-easy eggs. The plate is served with Southern-style Cheesy Potatoes and a biscuit.

Or go for something sweet with the Apple Butter Bread Pudding. This bread pudding looks AMAZING!

Boy, oh boy, we are drooling over all these options. We can’t even decide what we want to try first! These new items are available now at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, so run, don’t walk for an amazing brunch! Don’t forget, brunch is only served on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM until 1 PM.
