Cool Kid Summer is just around the corner! This huge event is kicking off with some major milestones like the opening of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring the Muppets and Soarin’ Across America.

This event will also come with limited-time perks like free water park entry for Disney resort guests and more extras around the resort. There’s also something that’s part of the celebration that might mean the parks are going to get very busy in the afternoons!

If you’re looking for an afternoon of fun or a good ticket deal this summer, the 2 PM Ticket might just be for you! The ticket deal was announced back in April, but it’s almost time for this deal to kick off. Even if you’re not buying one of these limited-time tickets, they can still impact you this summer.

Disney tickets!

This limited-time deal gives guests a specially priced ticket that allows them to enter the parks after 2 PM. It’s a date-based ticket that is valid from May 26th, 2026, through July 29th, 2026. That means you can sleep in and not feel like you’re wasting a park ticket you paid for!

Main Street crowds

This ticket is valid for any of the 4 theme parks, but it is limited to one theme park per day, so no park hopping! One of the best parts? It doesn’t require a theme park reservation! You can buy these tickets in either a 2-day or 3-day bundle. So even if you aren’t buying one, how does it impact you?

EPCOT

These tickets are valid starting on May 26th, so in the afternoons, we are expecting it to be crowded! The summer crowds are typically hectic, but we’re sure this deal will make the late afternoons in the parks even more popular. Not only are the parks busy during the summer thanks to schools being on break, but this year is also sure to be even more popular.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

The opening of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring the Muppets, Soarin’ Across America, and Bluey’s Wild World is expected to draw huge crowds! These new attractions, along with all of the Cool Kid Summer activities, are going to make things very fun (and popular) over the next few months.
