There’s no shortage of dining options across Walt Disney World, which can sometimes make it a bit overwhelming to find the best option for each guest.
Especially hotel options like Sebastian’s Bistro, which may fly under the radar!
Located at the Moderate Tier Caribbean Beach Resort, Sebastian’s Bistro serves family-style dishes “infused with rich Latin and Caribbean flavors.” The restaurant is loosely themed to the calypso-singing Sebastian the Crab from The Little Mermaid and features a bright and vivid color palette and thematic touches that jive with Caribbean Beach’s colorful take on island theming.
For $39 per adult or $21 per child, the restaurant offers a Taste of the Caribbean Menu, which includes oven-roasted citrus chicken, slow-cooked mojo pork, grilled chili-rubbed beef, sustainable baked fish, all paired with pull-apart rolls, salad, cilantro rice and beans, vegetable stew, grilled vegetables, and house-made coconut-pineapple bread pudding for dessert.
Guests can also add the following enhancements to their meal:
- Crab and Seafood Cake with Tropical Mango Slaw and Guajillo Aïoli for $13.00
- Fried Coconut Shrimp with Sweet Chili Sauce for $10.00.
There’s also a plant-based option, the Harvest of the Caribbean, which offers a kebab featuring Impossible Beef, fried jerk tofu with pineapple-chili, plant-based sausage with mango sambal, and Caribbean “Fish” Cake with curry “aïoli.”
The meal is served with dinner rolls with plant-based guava butter and caramelized onion jam, the Spice Necklace Salad (mixed greens with spiced candied pumpkin seeds, tropical fruit, and radish with key lime dressing), cilantro rice and beans, seasonal vegetables, sweet plantains, and plant-based Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding with plant-based caramel sauce and vanilla soy frozen dessert.

Sebastian’s Bistro’s prices compare favorably to other Disney family-style locations, including Liberty Tree Tavern in Magic Kingdom ($45 per adult), Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Hollywood Studios ($49 per adult), and Ohana at Polynesian Village Resort ($67 per adult).
In addition, the Bistro offers a stocked drink menu including specialty cocktails, sangrias, Caribbean rums, beers, and mocktails.

I love this restaurant. Out of the way. Usually quiet. Guess it won’t fly under the radar anymore!
You asked if I liked this type of video? I like any video that you do about Disney World and food! 👍🤗
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. However, when I was there in April, I went and the menu had slightly changed. They no longer had the Parmesan Mickey Mouse appetizer that came with the bread. And I love their cilantro, rice, and beans. But this time the rice was instant rice and it just wasn’t the same. Maybe it was just an off night but I’m hesitant to go back now.
Interesting video! I didn’t start coming to DW until 2017 and I always paid for the Deluxe Dining Plan until it was killed in 2020. I’ve never found the current value worth it since it was brought back.
It’s so crazy to know how late the Disney Food phenomenon came into play! It’s the only thing I like about social media is that it brought to life how much everyone truly does love to eat!! And i’m glad that it motivated Disney World to realize its food is just as important as any other event or activity in the parks.
Heard a lot of good comments about this place, but it is too difficult to get there and back. You almost have to make it a day drip by the time you level up your home hotel and travel there and back, you have killed 4-5 hours. If they had pool hopping, it might work.
