When we’re in EPCOT craving a drink, the Japan Pavilion is our go-to spot. Where else in Disney World can you get sake paired with sushi or kakigōri all in one place?
Kabuki Energy Mocktail
So when we saw this new Kabuki Energy drink, we had to try it! Because what’s better than popping boba, right?
The Kabuki Energy is $16 for an alcoholic cocktail or $12 for a non-alcoholic mocktail at Kabuki Cafe. We grabbed the mocktail version, but the alcoholic one has alcohol infused tropical boba. The mocktail version has very similar flavors!

This drink was mouth-puckeringly tart with lots of pineapple, strawberry, and cherry flavors. The boba is super-sweet, which massively helps cut the tartness. It’s perfect for summer since it was so cold in the Florida heat. We also loved the vibrant pinkish-red color!

Overall, we found this super refreshing and really fun with the boba! The texture was enjoyable, and we think the little additions like this really help take the drink to the next level. Those who are massive fans of sour candies will want to pick this up, but if sour isn’t your thing, you might want to opt for another drink. If you want to try it yourself, head to Kabuki Cafe in EPCOT.
