Need something to brighten up that commute, motivate you on that walk or run, or get you through another grueling gym workout? We have just the thing!
We’ve just released our latest DFB Podcast episode. And since it’s our 21st episode, we thought we needed a little celebrating! 😉
What’s It About?
Let’s hit the bars! OK, OK, this is Disney World, so most are family-friendly, and you can find some truly amazing food and drinks when you step inside. It’s the perfect way to relax and unwind away from the sensory overload of the Disney parks.
In this episode, AJ and Brad cover some of their favorite Disney bars and lounges on both coasts, and give you lots of reasons why you may want to check a few out. Head over for a listen and let us know your picks for great bars and lounges at Disney Parks and Resorts. We also answer two listener questions and ask for new ones — so get those questions ready!
Here’s the Podcast page for Episode 21. And don’t forget to subscribe to the podcast via RSS or on iTunes!
Take a listen and as always, let us know what you think! And don’t forget — the podcast has its own Twitter account — tweet us at @DFBPodcast!

I love the podcast and was so excited when I saw that there was a new episode. I wish there were a new one every week. (I know this is asking a lot, just wishful thinking.)
Looking forward to the next episode!

I’m planning a trip in December and want to hit one of the two lounges in Animal Kingdom Lodge. Does anyone have a recommendation if I had to choose between Victoria Falls Lounge and Cape Town Lounge??
Happy 21st Episode!!
AJ says
Carrie — Definitely Victoria Falls!

There are a couple of resort bars that are certainly worth a mention. Just for the sheer quality and creativity of the drinks, the bar at bluezoo in the Dolphin is not to be missed. And for atmosphere, hanging around with friends after Illuminations, I really like the Bellevue Lounge at the Boardwalk.

Territory Lounge fondue is great – Ashley from Milford, DE was great server in August.

We went to Rix lounge at Coronado Springs for a drink before having Dinner at Maya Grill. Date I say it, Rix didn’t feel like a Disney hotel lounge! It was kinda nice actually, music was really cool and current and the decor was modern and luxurious. Now, hear me when I say, I’m a seasoned drinker that can handle myself and I usually know my limits. But two cocktails from here and I was drunk! They were so strong (blood orange margaritas) but so delicious! Definitely liked this place. Also (off topic I know) they have some really cool tshirts in Panchitos right next door that I’ve only found at Coronado Springs, one of which is skeletons in sombreros drinking tequila haha.
