in Epcot’s beautiful Morocco Pavilion is now accepting Advance Dining Reservations!
Spice Road Table features a variety of Mediterranean tapas and wines, and is also known for its prime waterfront location offering IllumiNations fireworks viewing while you dine. IllumiNations can be seen from both the covered outdoor seating area, as well as from the large windows in the indoor seating area.
At the time of this writing, online reservations are available beginning December 2nd. While it does appear that reservations can be made throughout the standard 180-day window, we’re not certain if this advanced booking option will extend beyond this year’s busy holiday season.
Currently, guests are able to state preferences on whether they would like to sit outdoors or indoors upon their arrival at Spice Road Table, and requests are honored whenever possible based on availability. There is no option for stating preference when making your Advance Dining Reservation.
No matter where you’re seated, this opportunity for reservations will be good news for those concerned about getting a seat specifically in the hour before IllumiNations, which has proved to be the busiest time at Spice Road Table, as anticipated.
This is a little unfortunate, as we loved having Spice Road Table accompany Tutto Gusto in Italy as a walk-ins only restaurant. But that fireworks view really can affect everything.
As always, everything is subject to change. In the meantime, pull up a chair at Spice Road Table — in advance! — while you can!
Are you glad for the opportunity to book Spice Road Table in advance? Please let us know with a comment!

Do you know if the restaurant is still taking walk-ups through November? We are arriving next week and are hoping to eat there. Right now, the online reservation site just says “no times available” for November.

I am going back and forth with this ADR for Christmas Day for Illuminations. Is it that great of view? or am I better off finding a better spot around World Showcase?
Mark says
OK, but why? Walked by this place 9 times in the last 6 weeks and it was never more than half full. For a fireworks view fine, but otherwise don’t bother.

AM — I’m thinking they’re still taking walk-ups through November!
Kevin — It IS a good view, but you’re not guaranteed one of those outdoor tables AND the weather might be difficult on Christmas. I’d recommend trying to grab a spot at Hacienda de San Angel; it’s indoors, and has more tables with guaranteed great views.

I am so sorry to see them mess with this by adding ADR’s and entrees.
We ate here 2 weeks ago, late afternoon, and had a wonderful 2 hours. We had the Tingis Sampler, the Spicy Garlic Shrimp and the Chocolate Extinction and beer. The samplers have been removed from the menu and entrees added.
Once again, the DDP seems to be ruining a great opportunity in dining.

My assumption is they are doing this to add a little more attention to this spot, its taken a lot of negative press and putting it in the ADR people might look at it and give it a try instead of walking right by. We were just there a week ago, had a great seat on the water, got away from the crazy that is food and wine and enjoyed a few apps and wine flights. Samplers were still on the menu when we were there we chose to go with individual apps. This place is pricey BUT being from the Chicago area the prices are no different than any Tapas place up here. Its not world class food, but you cant beat the view, we had great service, and I believe is definitely worth a try especially if you are visiting without kids 🙂

I was pretty excited to see this on the ADR list. we decided at the last minute (read: inside 60 days) to visit WDW after Christmas and we want to see the NYE fireworks in Epcot. This was the only restaurant in Epcot that had an ADR available!
