Are you getting your costume ready to head to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this fall?!
Then you may want to know about the new Happy HalloWishes Dessert Premium Package that can be added to your evening on select dates!
First, Package participants will enjoy a special reserved location on Main Street, U.S.A. in Town Square’s center flag pole area for the (seriously awesome) Boo-To-You Halloween Parade.
The viewing will be followed by a private dessert party at Tomorrowland Terrace to watch the Happy HalloWishes Nighttime Spectacular. This, we’re guessing, will be pretty similar to the Wishes Dessert Party that runs most nights at the location.
Don’t fill up on too much candy from the Trick-or-Treat stations dotting the park throughout the night (you can take it home with you!), because special treats to enjoy at your Jack-o-Lantern-topped table will include sweet bites such as chocolate-dipped strawberries, ice cream, ghost meringues, candy corn panna cotta, spiced pumpkin cheesecake brownies, peanut butter “spider” whoopie pies, chocolate mousse, and fruit and cheese.
Beverages will include sparkling cider, signature lemonades, hot cocoa, coffee and tea.
Guests will walk away with their own skull mug filled with candy.
The Package is available for the following Party dates:
In September: 15, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27
In October: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31
In November: 1
The price for the Premium Package is $69 for adults, and $39 for children ages 3-9 (including tax). The Premium Package does NOT include admission to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which is to be purchased separately.
Check-in for the event will take place from 4:00-7:00 pm at the Will Call booth outside of the entrance to Magic Kingdom, where participants will receive their credentials for identification.
To book this experience, call (407) 939-3463 or book online.
And don’t forget to have SPOOKTACULAR TIME!

Yeah, but all the spots for one guest and two guests are already booked solid. Change the booking thing to “table for 3” and the world is your oyster. I guess we are supposed to book and pay for three people, and then cancel and get a refunds for either one or two people. Since I play by the rules, I won’t be doing that… and so I’m a little sad I won’t get to go. Tear.
Looks cool though… and sounds like it’s something more “repeatable” from year to year than last year’s Villains’ Sinister Soiree. Can I book now for 2016?
AJ says
Mealtrip — I noticed that, too!!!!! I tried to book for 1 and 2 and no dice! So strange! Maybe you and I need to combine forces and find a third friend. Email me!
Becky Rodrigue says
I wonder if they will do one for the MVMCP? I have tickets for December 1st.
Shelly Valladolid says
Thanks for the heads-up on the threesomes. I was able to get a reservation that way when they said pairs were sold out. Wonder what they’re up to with that?
Emberrose says
I just called and booked it thru disney dining. I found it to be easier then online booking. They did not say that you had to be three or more so I would suspect the online system has a bug. Hope this helps
mealtrip says
Hey Becky… My guess is, not. Because it seems that “normal” Wishes Dessert Party booking is available (and also… mostly already booked solid) on the days that the MVMCP’s are being held ( where as, on the Halloween Party nights, those “normal” dessert party dates are not selectable).
That’s not to say they won’t have a special event somewhere… it just probably won’t be in the Wishes Dessert Party event space.

Will Disneyland also offer this event??

Having been to MNSSHP, I just want to say, I am a huge fan of Wishes Dessert party and always book it on our trips. Already booked for December 22nd for our upcoming Christmas at WDW. I would not do this for this event. One of the absolute best parts of Mickey’s Halloween party is standing at the end of Mainstreet and having the 180 degree Fireworks surrounding you and the night as bright as day. You would definitely miss most of that effect being at the Terrace.

AJ and Mealtrip, I’m more than willing to be that third friend! I’m having the same issue booking for more than one person!

Another solo traveler here. Also unable to book a single or even double table. They could have moved the tables around more so there were more single/double tables.
Alex Gustafson says
Hi guys, I just called for reservations for 2. They were unsure why they were able to book for 3 and not for 2, so they booked for 3 people and then immediately canceled 1 for me. Refund will be credited to purchasing card in 7 days. Sounds OK to me!
Trish says
I am very disappointed… I could even book a table for 6 on the night we go if desired, but there is only 2 of us 🙁
Becky says
I called guest services this morning and was able to book 2 spots. They seemed pretty confused about why guests are unable to book only one or two spots and ended up booking us for 3 spots and refunding one.

I just booked for my family of 5 Oct 22….but now I’m not really sure I even want to keep the reservation. I feel like it will eat up all of our time at the party (not to mention trash my girls’ Limited Edition Disneystore costumes with frosting-eeek). That viewing area is just awful, had FP for the Festival of Fantasy parade there in March & the view stinks. You still end up with people in front of you so its no different than not being in the reserved area. That also means we’ll miss the stage show & not have a view of the projections on the castle before fireworks begin. I haven’t been to MNSSHP in years…but I don’t remember it being very crowded. I recall walking right up to the parade as it began in front of the castle, no problem. Any thoughts from anyone else???
AJ says
Marianne — I don’t think so, as Disneyland doesn’t already have a built-in dessert party like the Wishes Dessert Party on which to do a Halloween overlay. But they may do something with Fantasmic — who knows. We’ll keep you updated if we hear anything!
Shelby says
I am so excited, my family will be attending the Hallowishes Party on Oct 22……..can’t wait!!!!
Shelby says
We are attending the party on October 20 the only reservation we can get is for 8 on the website. Do you know if we book all 8 can we call the agent back and get a refund for 4 since there will be only 4 of us going?
Annabella Griffin says
…and by Aug 21st, the Sept 25th date is sold out for 2 people. Really???
Jenny says
I called later in the evening after this was posted and the September 20th date was sold out as well! 🙁
The CM I spoke with had to double check because she couldn’t believe it was already sold out! This was for two people but I got the impression that the whole party was sold out.
