Sure signs of autumn have officially come to the Magic Kingdom… Main Street U.S.A. is all decked out with scarecrows and pumpkins in anticipation of the 2015 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, kicking off on Tuesday, September 15th!
On select nights through November 1, 2015, guests attending this extra ticket event will enjoy trick-or-treating all over Magic Kingdom, along with special happenings like Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade and the all new Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular.
Just like years past, special treats will also be available for purchase at various Counter Service locations throughout the park. Get ready for ghoulies, and ghosties and all manner of creepy-crawlies, like the new chocolate Spider Cupcake coming to Main Street Bakery.
His neighbor in the Main Street Bakery case will be the vanilla Monster Cupcake.
Once again this year, Gaston’s Tavern will play “Ghost Host” to the Ghost Cupcake; however, our ghostly pal is switching things up this year with a chocolate base (as opposed to the vanilla of previous years), topped with buttercream icing.
It will still come dusted with cookie crumbs and topped with the signature fondant ghost (propped up for his after-life with help from a marshmallow). BOO!
What’s a party without ice cream? Specifically, a Handmade Halloween Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich from the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor…
Another Halloween favorite returns to Storybook Treats: Candy Corn Soft-Serve Ice Cream, complete with a cone filled with Candy Corn!
Speaking of that classic autumnal goodie, Candy Corn Cotton Candy will be available at various carts and kiosks around Magic Kingdom. The twist? The colorful candy-corn inspired layers offer different flavors: orange, pina colada, and original sugar Cotton Candy!
Here’s hoping everyone has a terrific time with Mickey and the gang at this year’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!
Are you attending Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year? If so, please let us know which treat you’re most looking forward to!

I can’t wait to see the MVMCP treats!
Craig says
Are these available all day or do they only come out during mnsshp hours?? Also, where is the candy corn ice cream served?
Kimberly says
What about the spiced pumpkin waffle sundae? I didn’t get to try it last year, so I hope they didn’t get rid of it!
Adrienne says
Craig, the candy corn soft serve is available at Storybook Treats in Fantasyland! What I’m wondering is this: does the candy corn soft serve actually taste like candy corn, or is it just vanilla?
Connie says
I’ll be looking for the monster cupcake, the candy corn ice cream and the cotton candy. I’ll miss the pumpkin spice waffle this year – it was so yummy.
Jenny says
I’m excited about the snacks, but I’ll admit that I’m super bummed that there isn’t the pumpkin spice waffle.
Cheri says
These look great but my sons is gluten free. I was hoping for a gluten free option for him. (other than the cotton candy)
Wendy says
Becca — this year is going so fast, we’ll probably get a glimpse of those before we know it :)!
Hi, Craig! The Candy Corn Cone will be at Storybook Treats. These snacks are typically only available during the party itself, beginning at 7 pm.
Jenny — I know what you mean, I love that waffle.
