Frontera Cocina is a dining venture headed by celebrity Chef Rick Bayless — host of National Public Television’s Mexico — One Plate at a Time, winner of Top Chef Masters, and recipient of the Julia Child award — in Disney Springs.
The menu features authentic Mexican cuisine in dishes such as tacos and hand-crafted tortas, fresh guacamole, and Carnitas. Seasonal Menus are often featured as well, offering limited-time entrees, desserts, and unique crafted cocktails.
While the main restaurant is a sit-down Table Service location with both indoor and outdoor seating, there is also a walk-up window to grab some tacos or margaritas to enjoy during your stroll around Disney Springs.
