The Jungle Navigation Co., Ltd. Skipper Canteen opened in late 2015 in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom, serving up exotic dishes and Jungle Cruise Skipper humor on the side!
One of the fan-favorite items on the menu is the S.E.A. Shu Mai, described as “legendary” dumplings that were also apparently a favorite of the Society of Explorers and Adventurers (S.E.A.). And now we’re able to re-create these delicious dumplings at home!
You’ll need a meat grinder or food processor for this recipe but the combining of the meat looks to be the most time-consuming part of the recipe!
